What's great about it: Simple to use & setup
What's not so great: Battery does not last long if unplugged
I have used the older version of this phone in my office since 2005 and have had very good luck with it. We have three lines and use it a lot for conferencing. I have recom,emded this phone to several small business clients too. We have the phone without voice mail and use www.allcalltechnologies.com for the voice mail to email and auto-attendant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: wish it had caller ID but have to buy next model up at +$100
good multi line professional phone for a small office
