What's great about it: easy to be used by elderly people
What's not so great: -
The phone was a gift to my grandmother who has presented hearing decrease over the past years. According to her, she can now hear the phone calls clearly and she is enjoying the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to program & use, amplifier helps.
What's not so great: Gray buttons w/ lite gray numerals could be hard to read.
Bought this for Grandma. She has a hard time dialing. The one touch buttons do the trick. You can put pictures in them, but I color coded them instead, & made a matching posterboard with large names. She just matches the color to the name & it dials. She happily calls people all the time now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High Pitched noise

What's not so great: This phone had a high pitched noise that seriously hurt my ear!
I'm not sure if this was a defective item, or what. It had a high pitched buzzing noise that was not corrected by reducing the volume. I returned this item and purchased the P300 model which is GREAT!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
