What's great about it: Heats fast and thoroughly.
What's not so great: Nothing
This thing is great. Nice and big, cooks fast and complete. I really like the Sensor Reheat feature, it will definitely get you food hot without you having to think about it. It can overheat a little though so be careful. Same thing with popcorn, I did some the other day and I stopped it a few seconds early because it sounded like it was done. There was not one single un-popped kernel in the bag.
This product is or has... Shortcut keys that save time, Sensor cooking that works well, A turntable that cooks evenly, The power to cook quickly!, Quiet, Big enough to handle large items

What's great about it: Features and Ease of Use
What's not so great: A bit pricey and physically heavy
This microwave does it all - from defrosting uniformly & reheating a plate of food to making popcorn at the touch of a button. But, with anything that is breaking new ground, it is advisable to get an extended warranty - just in case. So far... 100% positive review.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Features
What's not so great: LASTED 14 MONTHS
I specifically bough a Panasonic because the old one lasted 12 years. This one waited until it was two months past warranty (14 months) and died. Repair cost is almost as much as a new one.
Called Panasonic got the usual "too bad" attitude. They tried to tell me the counter top microwave should have it's own dedicated circuit to be plugged into. Really? Who's kitchen has a dedicated plug with no other outlets on the circuit? Although the microwave worked well (when it was working), it died after 14 months of just reheating food and popping popcorn. That's all we use it for!
THIS MICROWAVE IS A TOTAL LEMON and the Panasonic customer service is a JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be sorry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: The functionability is great!
What's not so great: The price was kinda steep, but i was just out of college and was tired of the thirty dollar dorm size microwaves.
Being just out of college and tired of dorm sized microwaves, i wanted to spend a little more and get a good microwave, well i spent a little more and upgraded from a "Pinto to a Porsche". The defroster on this thing does just that, it defrost food and does not cook it and burn it on the edges. The controls take about a day or two to get used too but anyone short of a brainless monkey could figure it out. I love this microwave and would recommend it to anyone. Also it is sleek and stylish with is stainless front bright blue lighting. A great buy!
