What's great about it: Quality product, good price
First, I have to say my experience ordering this phone with a Best Buy representative was fantastic. The phone is exactly what I want for my kitchen wall. It was easy to hook up, good quality and adorable.

What's great about it: looks, sound
What's not so great: cord is definitely not replaceable
Seems like a high quality product. I'm not sure about the cord issue since my family mostly uses the cordless phones. This matches real well with our stainless steel appliances. We get many compliments on this phone.

What's great about it: It's color and easy instatllation
What's not so great: nothing
We remodeled our kitchen with silver and this telephone accents our decor. We had not problems installing the phone, we received many compliments on the beauty of the telephone.
