I purchased my computer back in April of 2009. It worked perfectly for a few months, but broke down a couple of weeks ago. It just died and wouldn’t turn on. I called the sony support. They told me that they’ll have somebody come out in a couple of days to fix it. Well, nobody came out. I had to call several times to check on the status and their response was that somebody is coming out tomorrow to fix it. Finally, after 2 weeks they told me that they need a part that is on backorder and they have no idea how long it’s going to take to receive it. Bad product! Terrible customer service!
What's great about it: works great when it works
What's not so great: not reliable and sony has poor customer service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love all the features, it's a good all in one computer for it's prices, but 1 thing i hate about it is can't use it due to it's been in repair twice w/ same problem.. sony still has my computer and ordering parts... i need my computer for work and school related work..... but everything else is great..
What's great about it: love all the features in the computer.. has great value for it's prices
What's not so great: had it for 4 months and only used it for 3 moths,\

The last desktop I purchased was a Gateway and that was many years ago. This desktop is an excellent purchase since it includes everything that one would need in a desktop. It has accessible USB ports, ethernet port, headphone jack, etc., which,although all other desktops have,this one gives the user easy access to. I have always loved the Sony brand for its reliability and its design and this desktop lives up to both. It has a very fast processing speed and I do not have to wait long for the computer itself to boot up. Downloading photos and videos take a very short amount of time and the photo resolution on the desktop is very clear and sharp. I would definately recommend this product to all of my friends!
What's great about it: Compact, sleek, stylish, has everything you would need in a desktop computer, reliable brand
What's not so great: No complaints
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it! I bought 2 of them - one for the office and one for the home.
What's great about it: What a great computer! Easy set up. Works great. Doesn't take up a lot of room.
What's not so great: I have no complaints!
I would recommend this to a friend!
