What's great about it: Easy to set up, Good quality, iPod dock
We bought this tv back in February 2010. So far we really like it. The picture and sound quality are great, and we really like having the iPod docking station, although it would be nice if that had a search function, as it takes a long time to page through your list to get the song/artist you want. Otherwise this is a great tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the price, this is a great bedroom TV. Great picture, and the Ipod dock feature is alot of fun for the kids. Great value, no complaints at all

What's great about it: Price
What's not so great: Only digital audio outs
Its a nice TV for the money. Lots of features. It has the viera link that works well with my Panasonic Blu-Ray disc player. The only thing its missing is an RCA audio out. The only audio out is a Digital/Optical out. So if you have a older reciever, like mine, theres no way to connect them.

Panasonic brand is really great product not buzzing. I am really amazed with my other plasma G10 series Tv that has ethernet slot to enjoy Y-Tube etc. This 32" LCD is for bed room that is really a entertaining unit. It has many features including SD card slot and i-pod dock. I am really happy with this TV.

I bought the 37" version with iPod Dock, so I am reporting on it. I am very happy with my 37" Panasonic Viera. Purchased it Feb 4l, 2010. It has been running 24 Hrs a day for 2 Weeks (Wife had back surgery and must sleep in my lounger in the Living Room - leaves it own to fall asleep)
Very easy to set up. Didn't even have to adjust the Color Settings. Sound Quality is good enough so I won't be adding my 5-Way, 15" Woofer, wood cabinet speakers.
I purchased the 37" Viera after reading all of the 32" Viera Reviews.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: tv had no picture and sound and remote didnot work .
it was great tv until 90 days, and broke. The tv had no picture, no sound and remote would not work. Called service, getting fix this week. I would stay away from this model and buy something else.

We got this on sale after our old TV died. Very happy with the price, style, quality and features. Works great for gaming and movies as well as regular TV. My daughter loves the ipod dock as well.

What's great about it: Generally good picture
What's not so great: Variable picture, audio output limitations
This is our first HDTV, so we were happy to get it. In general, the video output is quite good, and the kids love the ipod dock.
My son has noticed a variation in the brightness at times that is somewhat noticeable, but rarely, to the rest of us. If it gets any worse, we'll take it back.
Our main complaint is the audio. Much to our surprise (and everyone we've spoken to, even the folks at Best Buy), this TV has no audio output except the speakers and a single digital audio output jack. There is no headphone jack and no RCA audio jacks. This was almost enough for us to bring it back, but not quite. Since the speakers aren't that great, we were hoping to hook it up to a stereo. Unfortunately, the stereo is a few years old, and only accepts RCA composite audio input. We're still working on sound options.

I purchased this TV for X-mas for my bedroom and I think it's excellent. I almost like it better then my 37" Toshiba that I have in my living room. The colors are sharp and sound quality very acceptable. I hooked up the IPod dock, but haven't used it yet, mostly because I have a dock on my nightstand already.

Because it was in a bad shape.Also it didn't have Ipod dock.or free shipping like bestbuy.I was lucky to find this Panasonic with Ipod docking station.It was a great choice.

What's great about it: Fits perfectly in my armoire in the bedroom

I love having this 32" widescreen in the bedroom over the older 27" rear projection. This is my 3rd flat screen Pansonic purchase in the last 3 years. I replaced all the rear projections with flat screens. I do like pasmas better then this LCD. There is a lot of back light that comes from the LCD that doesn't happen with the plasmas. The controls are easy to use. I wish it were easier to use the off timer because I do fall asleep to the tv and I am half awake in the dark when I try to navigate to the timer. I wouldn't mind having 4 HDMI conections to this tv (there are 3, 1 on the side)

I did a lot of internet research and decided on this TV. I really wanted one with a sound leveler, as I hate getting "blasted" by commercials or the music in movies. It works great. The iPod dock was a bonus. The picture is great, and the 32" screen is just right for a small office-type room.
My 22-year old son liked it as well, he bought the same TV a couple weeks later.
