What's great about it: Good suction. Good accessories.
What's not so great: Charging stand doesn't come with it; it has to ordered ($10).
This vac has strong suction. The attachment for pet hair is very useful and effective (the brushes do get clogged, however). Battery longevity is about average. It's a good product.
It's surprising that a charging stand doesn't come with the product, though. It has to be ordered online and shipped to you ($10.00+$5.00 shipping).

What's great about it: Cordless but powerful.
What's not so great: Battery could go down while in the middle of cleanup. Charge up time is quite long.
I had my doubts it could do a desireable job since it is a battery powered vac. However I was very pleased with it's performance for both crumbs on the floor to pet hair on the sofa. It also did a good job in my car's trunk. I love the mobility of not having to mess with an electric cord. For the money and the power, it's a good buy.

What's great about it: It's cute and lightweight.
What's not so great: It does not work as a pet vacuum.
I charged the vacuum for 2 days before using. At first use it seemed to work wonders, but then it lost suction. I cleaned it out and went again. It seemed to work okay, but somewhere between the batter power and the suction it fell short, horribly short! I have a husky that loves to rub up against furniture and shed its coat. It was very disappointing. This vacuum was not able to pick up all of the fur. After a few days of disappointing I brought it back to Best Buy. One think that rates 5 stars, is Best Buy's customer service! This product did not live up to my standards, but Best Buy has never failed to leave me satisfied as a customer.

WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE. THE VACUUM IS VERY USEFUL FOR OUR CHILDREN, (4,5, & 7). THEY USE FOR THEIR CHORES, AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY. WE LEAVE IT PLUGGED IN WHEN NOT IN USE, SO IT IS ALWAYS CHARGED & READY TO GO.

Over the years, I have owned several different models of hand held vacs. I have found that the only difference in them is the cost. All of them have lasted between 12 and 18 months then just die. My latest is this Shark which was great until last week, then just would not charge.
I really like the rotating brush attachment because it picked up everything in its path. It was great for small jobs with limited sweeping area. However, because they all lasted about the same time, I can't see spending $50 for another one, so I will go back to the $19 vac because it will work just as well as the Shark and will last just over a year. So for $19, I guess I get my money's worth.

I got these shark vac. looks good light weight, but the battery life sucks, I was cleaning my van but halfway it losses its suction power very short even I charged as what the manual instructed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Quick pickups, great suction, easy to empty, charge lasts long time
What's not so great: kinda pricy
I love the Shark for quick pickups (cat hair, bird food, crumbs, cellar steps).
It really works great. I'm now shopping to get the larger one to quickly vacuum in between pulling out the Kirby.
I would recommend this to a friend!
