Great midi controller for software instruments

Great keyboard bc it has not only just enough keys, but 2 banks if control knobs and 4 banks of pads. Pads are stiff but you can "mod" with little creativity. Even works in GarageBand. Some options don't fully function unless you "map" the controller but easy to at least get the sounds to work. You can adjust octaves easily also, giving you full range and beyond. USB powers it as well so no extra power brick needed. You can also hook up a sustain pedal which I did with ease. No problems. I am also using a ton of Native Instruments vst (virtual instruments) and there are no issues at all. The Ableton Live Lite software comes with it is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
