What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Not very durable, difficult to install
Dryer vents are nearly always problematic. This vent kit works, but it's easity damaged if you have to move the dryer and reinstall the vent hose. it's a tinfoil affair which doesn't return to round once you squash it trying to fit it to the vent or dryer. Also, it easily tears or breaks if you stress it much. If it is installed correctly, and you manage not to smash it or tear it during installation, then it works pretty well -- but those are big "IFs" for most dryer installations where you seldom have any room to work and can hardly reach the vent or dryer exhaust to attach the hose and clamps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What can you say, this thing is high speed low drag. Probably one of the best Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kits you will find on the open market.

What's great about it: Goes with the product easily in installation
What's not so great: Made my dryer stick out farther than intended so doors do not close properly
Did not have a choice as Best Buy requires that you buy one with purchase of the HE Dryer. The rigid dryer vent is much safer than the vinyl ones and seems to be of a higher quality than those I've seen in the past. Unfortunately, since it has rigid ends, they keep my dryer from being pushed back the 3/4" more so that my bi-fold doors will close normally in front. I can unhook the door, put it in the open/closed position, and all is well, but I cannot just open/close normally. This is a bit of a bother, but I do love my new washer & dryer so it's a small price to pay. :)

We would recommend not buying this kit. The flexable tube just tears when trying to install. Better off buying straight solid venting pipes.

Length too short for my vent. Needed to pick one up at Home Depo.

What's great about it: Easy Instruction
What's not so great: Nothing
The instructions are easy to follow. It works great the only thing was I needed some scissors that cut metal to be able to fit it in. I just didn't want to make another trip to find them so I spent a little bit more time cutting the ends to make it fit. So make sure you have some scissors that cut metal otherwise it's going to take a little longer. Once I got that done everything else was great.

What's great about it: Easy Install, Stretches to Desired Length
What's not so great: Dents to Easily
This product does what it is suppose to do. It was easy to install. The only problem I had was it seems to dent pretty easy. I extend it to the full 8' length and I had to be careful not to push to hard in one area or it would dent.
I would recommend this to a friend!
