What's great about it: No AC power plug to look unsightly.
What's not so great: nothing
I needed a corded phone to plug into wall jack. This phone has speakerphone and large digital display of caller ID. Sleek design and coordinates w/ my kitchen decor. Plugged into jack right out of the box. Directions very easy. Great phone.

What's great about it: loud and clear speaker

The ATT Speaker phone is really good. Especially the speaker which is Loud & Clear. And the price was reasonable.

What's not so great: I feel that even when set on high, the information display is dim.

What's great about it: Big buttons and speaker phone
What's not so great: Doesn't last.
The phone cord on the this phone kept coming out and had a short in it, then 7 months after I bought it, the digital read out screen went out. Couldn't see who was calling or beeping in what's the use of Caller Id if you can see who's calling. Don't buys this phone pay a little more and get a better one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The AT&t phone that I bought is excellent and very easy to use.....It also has great sound quality and the caller/id feature works like a charm. I recommend this phone to anyone.

What's great about it: decent functionality and sound quality
What's not so great: don't expect it to last
This phone was warranted for 1 yr. It promptly died 3 months later (11 mos. post purchase). I activated the hold button, picked up another phone. Came back to make a call about 30 minutes later and the phone had died. It worked fine then ?????? This is so typical, but hey, I guess we get what we pay for. Don't try and call the warranty service number/customer service you can't talk to a person to complain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: It's a replacement phone from another ATT similar I have had for years.

It's simple, has storage numbers which I wanted. Big easy numbers to dial.

What's great about it: It has a good set of features.
What's not so great: It operates on batteries.
The phone appears to be well built, and though I have not subjected to any real abuse, it has not broken yet. The call quality and clarity is good; I can hear callers and callers can hear me. The phone was easy to install and setup, and it has all of the features you would expect of a simple desktop phone. When I purchased the phone the fact that the phone operates on batteries instead of AC power was not resoundingly clear, Therefore, potential buyers should note the phone's advanced features require 4 AA batteries, which are not included. For the purposes I intended to use it, compounded by the immediacy of the need, the battery issue was not problematic enough to warrant the hassle of returning it. If you want a battery-operated phone that works, I recommend it. However, if you want an AC powered phone this is not it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've bought two of these phones: one for me and one for my mother. We both appreciate how easy it is to use, even without programming anything. Love the speakerphone feature and the big keys.

Pleasure to use.Just a simple 1 line speaker phone with caller ID and Call Waiting.The only thing I dislike is the led dilplay is not lit up enough.

I was looking for a landline phone for a newly installed phone line at home for some business, mostly personal use. This is perfect and very inexpensive. It took a while to ship though (one week) and was an online only purchase. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with the service and purchase.

What's not so great: Can't turn off stupid blinking light.
I paid money for this stupid thing, but there's no way to turn off the stupid blinking light. And yes, I do know how to RTFM.
Always amazes me when companies want to drive off customers like that.
Just got to remember to stay away from at&t.

Hard to find an old school, full-size corded phone that has caller ID but NO answering machine. This is easy to use and setup. My only complaint is that the product image might lead some (like me) to believe the Caller ID LCD display lights up, but it does not. Because of that, depending on where you put the phone, the display can sometimes be hard to read if there isn't enough light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted a simple phone that has a speaker phone without being an answer phone and a reasonable price. It has big buttons and an easy to understand layout. The only drawback is that it needs batteries for the speaker phone.

I researched on this phone before I purchased it and found that it would be easy set up and I needed a phone with speaker and with Caller ID AND Call-Waiting.
