What's great about it: Stays cool to the touch but puts out lots of heat
What's not so great: Does pull alot of current
I needed an extra heater for my mother's bedroom that got cold but if I turned up the heat enough to make her room warm enough the rest of us boiled. This does the job. I bought another one for her room in our Honolulu house. In the winter sometimes mornings can get chilly and houses there don't have heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to adjust
I am very pleased with this heater. You can adjust to the desired temperature easily. Besides, the unit rotates so you can heat-up the whole room. Good purchase at an affordable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: keeps the area you are in warm
What's not so great: no remote control
Good heater but would be better with a remote control.

What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Does not give off much heat at all
This heater is terrible. I have a little heater that I bought six years ago for my desk cubilce and it gives off more heat than this honeywell. What a disappointment. It is so bad. Do not waste your money. It actually throws off luke warm air. I just bought a ceramic tower heater for $50.00 which does a superior job and blasts the heat and cold away in minutes. I am very disappointed in Honeywell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: cool to the touch
What's not so great: nothing
really good for who those have small kids, it wont hurt them. awesome product. heats up about 750 sq ft area, my thermostat down stairs shows 69 all the time when the heat is on, it keeps very comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: cool to the touch; warms up quickly; thermostat
What's not so great: it would be nice to add 4-degree settings instead of 5-degree settings; no real issues
We were concerned about having a portable heater around where people might accidentally get in touch with it, but this unit is cool to touch. The adjustable thermostat turns the unit off when the set temperature has been reached and turns back on when the temperature drops.
I like the fact that oscillation is optional so you can choose to have it on or off.
The two improvements I would suggest to Honeywell are:
1. instead of 70, 75, 80 settings, how about 68, 72, 76, 80; and,
2. how about a slight (3-degree?) inclination on the fan so the hot air blows downward

What's great about it: Compact design, auto-shutoff
Bought this recently for my single mom to use around the house when it's not cold enough to turn on the heat. The unit was moderately priced and seemed to be what we needed.
Once at home, setup was as easy as taking it out of the box and plugging it in. Controls are simple and tactile. Has a cool auto-shutoff feature too.
No problems in operating the item, but I returned it the next day because it just wasn't powerful enough. I exchanged it for a slightly bigger model, so that I could get my instant gratification. Would still recommend this product though.
