What's great about it: Price
Good performance for a great price. 9.99 versus 49.99 for a Canon battery. I used it as a backup on a trip.

It was the same battery that was going for about $99 for my camera...it worked perfectly at a great price!!

What's great about it: It stays charged longer than a day. I take lots of pics and have to have a reliable battery.
What's not so great: ?
It holds a charge for a very long time. I'm able to take alot of pics over several days before it needs recharging.
The price was not too bad either.

What's great about it: The way I was able to order it.
What's not so great: n/a
From beginning to end this was an EXCELLENT customer service experience. Everyone in the process helped me with a cheerful attitude and accomplished what I needed. I actually turned-out to not need the battery and returned it. The return process was just as easy and friendly. You guys are GREAT! I will definately look to buying not just the battery from you next tine, but the whole camera outfit!
