What's great about it: The unit comes with a 500gig HD and can be upgraded
What's not so great: Just doesn't support a lot of the things Netgear claims
I ordered this unit to replace an older D-Link DMS-520 unit for increased functionality as the Netgear site quoted. Turns out it only supports certain ISO files not all and this unit just work with Netgears Stora unit which the older D-Link unit did. As an owner and loyal Netgear user I was quite disappointed and surprised with the issue this media device has. Technical support suggested that I return the unit since Netgear doesn't have any new term solutions for fix these short comings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
