What's great about it: It's black look and feel
What's not so great: Lack of adjustability
This chair is relatively comfortable, although it could have more padding. The arms are not adjustable, but at a decent height and position. Really, there is not many adjustments at all, but it is a pretty decent chair for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a great chair for the first 10 months. And then it fell apart. I'm an average sized fellow, 185lb. I sit in this chair probably 10/24 hours of the day, for business and pleasure. I don't abuse it. But within 2 weeks of each other, where the left armrest bolts to the wooden seat-cushion baseboard, the bolt ripped clean out. Then, the right armrest broke first at the front, and minutes later at the bottom, meaning that the back of the chair is now completely gone. Not to mention the pleather is cracked. I paid $130 for this chair, it should have lasted longer than 10 months. I am submitting a request through the company for replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Looks like you spent a lot of money on it?
What's not so great: The seat cushion is as hard as a rock.
The chair was easy to assemble and it looks expensive, however after sitting in it for half an hour I noticed the padding on the bottom shifting away from the back and more towards the front, resulting in the same feeling I get when sitting in my 2 year old $20 chair. I would describe this feeling as sitting on a rock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: wish there was a little more cushion on the bottom portion
So before I explain my review I must say that I have had a lot of computer chairs in the past couple years. Call me picky, but I study a lot and I want a great chair that is going to not hurt my butt while I spend hours at the computer desk.
Well I could say that this is my 4th chair in the past 3 years and it is the best one that I have had! The pleather is really nice, though I wish there was a tad bit more padding on the butt portion of the chair. I don't expect the padding to wear too much over the years tho I'm only 180lbs so I don't think I'm putting a ton of daily damage to the cushion. Great tall height on the back and neck area. Looks like a really expensive chair! The bottom extends a little farther than other chairs, but its not as bad as everyone is saying. I can still sit with a straight back on the chair while I type and I'm only 5'10".
I would recommend this to a friend!

The back on this chair is too far back. I have to stuff pillows behind me to sit up straight and position myself so my lower back doesn't hurt. It says you can adjust turning the knob underneath counterclockwise. This does NOTHING! Great if you want to sit back and relax, but horrible if you need to use the computer. No back support at all. I can't sit in it for more than 15 minutes before my lower back starts aching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This chair is great.
Assembly was easy, just a matter of following instructions.
Comfort is good, the chair is sufficiently roomy that I can change positions without falling out of the chair. I do worry that the stuffing will shift or lose shape, but I haven't had the chair long enough to validate this concern.
The chair looks good, pleather or no. Even subtle design elements actually go well, light stitching along a few seams is a nice, visually interesting touch.
Value for the money is great, especially if you get it on sale at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This chair is quite comfortable and looks great! It has a 'solid' feel to it compared to some other cheaper chairs that are wobbley. It was a bit difficult to put together as some of the holes did not line up well. My only complaint is that it does not rock very well. If you need to recline in your chair, find a different chair.

Great chair for the money. So far everyone thought it costs more than what it did. Easy to assemble, takes about 10 minutes. Comfort is good and the recline is nice too.

What's not so great: No back support especially for the lumbar area, assembly takes awhile and one screw did not fit (had to call the company
If it was not for the comfort being poor, I'd probably recommend it, but since it's poor, I will not. One of the screws that came with the chair did not screw in. Called the company and they said they would send out a replacement and should be received in 5-7 business days. Assembly is a little difficult as it uses two separate keys.

Our old chair broke on us one day, so we were in the market for a new chair. We researched available chairs and this one was the winner for our price range. Once we got it to the house we found it to be a bit on the heavy side, and a little hard to put together just because of the sheer size of the pieces. Clear a good work area to put together... lol. Anyways, the chair really did go together with ease, and its a very comfortable, durable chair for the cost. I'm glad we bought it.

What's not so great: Uncomfortable. Very poor design. Wreaks of cheapness. Difficult to assemble.
Quality control on this product is terrible. Requires two peolple to assemble as the manufacturer was so cheap that they did not install any flanges around the recessed screw holes to avoid having the stuffing wrap around the screws while assembling. After taking two hours (two people) to assemble, it still didn't look right. Got out a ruler and started making some measurements. For example, the (pre-assembled) arm pad on the right side is shifted forward 1/2" relative to the left side. The back is also not symmetric from the right to left side. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap, cheap, cheap, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: too steep, probably healthy for the back but not so comfortable.
I purchased this item couple of weeks ago. Everything about the chair is fine, except that the steepness is too much. It is probably very healthy to stay in an orthogonal position, but this is not good if you want to relax every once in a while.

What's great about it: I was so easy to get this chair put together and using once I took everything out of the box layed it all out.
What's not so great: Wish it came with soft Casters (for hard floors) along with the hard Casters (for carpets)
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get all the parts out of the box and put together in no time at all. Very roomy and comfortable. Sturdy and well made. Great appearance and easy to use. Satisfied with my very first desk chair purchase. Due to my inexperience, I purchased a hard plastic chair mat to use with my chair, the chair only comes with the hard Casters recommended for use with carpets and not hard floors or plastic mats, so now I'll have to find this soft casters to use with my chair mat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
