What's great about it: It's a cuisinart!
What's not so great: Motor burns out with very lite usage.
Motor burned out in less than five minutes out of the box. Simple dip smoked this cuisinart applicance's motor and gave me a large nut cracker or nice flower pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Fast chopper.
What's not so great: Not a big deal, but you have to stand and push the button instead of just letting it chop while multitasking!
It fits nicely in my, limited, cupboard space. Not liking having to stand and push the button is really a very minor problem for me. I just like to multitask in the kitchen and pushing a button for 20 secs seems like forever :) It has been a good purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Simple to use, easy to clean, no mess no hassle
What's not so great: Nothing so far (owned it 3 months now)
I bought this mini food-processor for my 70-year old mom. After years of cutting onions and garlic cloves by hand, I decided to buy my mom a simple food processor for her to use on a daily basis.
She was skeptical at first, but after I opened the box and set it up for her on the counter she thinks the world of this food processor. She finds it simple to operate and even easier to clean. She uses it almost on a daily basis to chop onions, garlic, and all kinds of fruits (apple, pears, etc.)
I could not have asked for a better and simpler solution to give my mom.
As far as we're both concerned, this is the best food processor you can buy for under $40.
