What's great about it: Slim, lightweight, quick heat-up
What's not so great: Lightweight performance
I'm fairly disappointed but will probably keep it because it does half of what I needed. On sealed hardwood floors, it was surprisingly good -- removed dirt and cleanser build-up I didn't even realize was there, leaving the wood dry and gleaming. On the beige tile in our hallway and kitchen it did exactly nothing. I even "cleaned" one half of the hallway to compare with the uncleaned side, then asked my husband to guess which side had been done and he picked the uncleaned side. Basically, the steam might have sterilized the dirt on the tile floor but it sure didn't remove any. A wimpy product for light cleaning of surfaces that are already pretty clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
