This album is sure to become a classic. Can't get Come On, Come On andYou're the One out of my head. Unbelieveable graphics on the cover and in the accompanying booklet. That's worth the price alone. Run, do not walk, to the nearest store. You can't help but love it!

What's great about it: Amazing album- amazing artwork and booklet
What's not so great: can cause unplanned boogeying
This album is incredible from start to finish! Come On Come On is one of the best songs I've ever heard. It seems the Scott has graduated from a DJ to a true producer/musician/performer. With the current trend of rock-based groups going more electronic (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Animal Collective, etc...) Scott comes at it from the other side- merging his classic trance style (Raincry) with more instrument/rock based music- this album does not stop! I've listened to it about 7 times now and it gets deeper with every listen. The digital booklet that comes with it looks amazing. Get it now- it won't disapoint!

What's great about it: Scott Hardkiss steps out of the old in to the new.
This album is so refreshing. It's great to see someone step out of their comfort zone to create something truely new, orginal and creative. Come On Come On, You're the Star, and It Comes From Up Above are particular stand outs.

What's great about it: EVERYTHING
What's not so great: NOTHING
Scotts Technicolor Dreamer is a masterwork that will be celebrated, studied and dissected for years to come. Its a perfect exercise in the art of "blurring the lines", boldly defying the boundaries set forth by genres. Scott effortlessly cross pollinates 70s space funk, 80s electro-pop, break-beat and soul to create an epic and expansive album that grows with repeated listens. There is depth here, whether it be the subtle ambient layers buried beneath the surface or a tripped out effect that develops organically, almost in it's own space, while the track pushes forward. Its good to have you back, Scott. Technicolor is a dream come true.

What's great about it: fun & funky jams
Ive been lucky enough to have had a sneak preview listen of Scott Hardkiss long awaited debut album Technicolor Dreamer. It plays like a fun and funky summer mix tape with all new songs by Scott. Musically it covers a lot of styles, but it always pulses with a beat that makes you want to groove, and hooks that inspire and make you feel good. Its not exactly what you would expect from scott, but if you keep an open mind this is one of the most fun & listenable yet still danceable electronica records ive heard in ages.
Make sure you listen to the whole thing, because the last track- You & I is my favorite and it is an epic builder that explodes into the most beautiful vocals ever.

What's great about it: Everything.
What's not so great: I can't stop dancing and my mind is blown. And it makes me wanna do crazy things.
My friend got an advance copy of this CD and it is seriously one of the best electronica albums I've ever heard. It's funky, trippy, musical, and has great songz & lyrics too! There's so many different flavors mixed in: house, funk, rap, rock, soul, techno, pop-- i can't even really describe it right but the title says it all. It's so fun and catchy it should be illegal.
When I wuz younger I used to go hear Scott DJ in SanFran all the time and I always felt he had something special. Well now, everyone else will know, too. These days I don't get to the clubs much anymore, but me and my little girls bug out to it at home all day long-- It's a funkatronic classic and I think will really appeal to all different kinds of people,
