What's great about it: tiny receptor, Works out of the box -- on any surface, ergonomic design, cool carry case

Just as advertised.
1. The tiny unifying - meaning you can plug in multiple devices using the same receiver, thus freeing other USB ports, receiver is awesome.
2. works out of the box. plugged in the receiver on a Vista as well as Win 7 laptop and the mouse started working in less than 5 seconds. Didn't have to install any other software, not even the one included on Logitech CD.
3. very ergonomic shape. looks cool.
4. smart storage for the receiver
5. on off button
6. cool carry case
7. also I like the fact that it uses AA batteries instead of using internal rechargeable battery

I have not installed the software included on the CD - coz I don't want any bloatware on my laptop - so I can't customize the buttons but I don't care.
The back and forward buttons are good enough for me.

What's great about it: Easy Setup, Works on most surfaces with any issues.

Like most Logitech products this Anywhere Mouse is a quality product. As the name says us it Anywhere. Traveling I no longer need to find or even take my mouse pad. I any hotel room it just works and battery life seems to be great. I have had other laptop mice and this one is far above the others that I have owned in the past;.

I've had this mouse for a little over a month now and the left click button has progressively gotten harder to click by the day. It has reached the point where I've had to go back in my mouse settings thru the control panel and adjust my double click speed 3 times!! The mouse wheel could use some improvement as well. I don't understand the persons in the lab designing mice. Why don't they make the wheel with a little more tacky material for adhesion (I find this fault in just about all mice). These lab people must think we have velcro on our index fingers. Would not recommend this product as a good buy in my book, a rip-off is more like it!!...

What's great about it: size and comfort
What's not so great: no mouse wheel click/notching
Even with my big hands, the mouse, for being a compact-ish one, fits nicely during use all day. It comes with a zipper sleeve to put it in when I'm not using it, glad to have that so it isn't clanking against other things in my backpack. I like the on-off switch that doubles as a sensor protector when not in use. The glide pads are proportionally large and work well on the surfaces I use (finished wood and laminated surfaces you find in cubicles) as I am sensitive to mouse drag. I also use another (different) logitech mouse on another computer using the same unifying USB key nearby and they do not interfere with each other. The mouse wheel glides and has no notchy-ness, this may be good or bad depending an what you like. for my big hand the side buttons seem a little too far back but only as a note here, I really dont mind. The side buttons are solid buttons that are hard to mis-press.

What's great about it: Size, comfort, wireless, not too many buttons and scrolling wheel gluides
What's not so great: Wouldn't be too bad if it didn't hesitate
Misses once in awhile on left mouse click, and left-right click noise.
Love and hate the Scroll..love cause it smooth like a bearing- just rolls.

Does not work on all surfaces (Anywhere it is not) as Anywhere means portable cause has no Cord and able to walk off with it due to its small size.

What's not so great: Battery life is advertised to be less than a year.
Super easy setup. Just plugged in the USB receiver and put in the batteries. Mouse operates wonderfully on multiple surfaces. I use it on granite quite a lot and on a bed spread. I have had the mouse for about two weeks now.

What's not so great: Nothing found so far.
I purchased this mouse to replace my Apple mouse on my iMac. I was not too sure about it at first but after using for a while I am in love with it. It has the ability to use one battery but I choose to use two. It give the mouse a much more hefty feeling. The mouse fits great in my hand and it has extremely smooth operation. It has dark field technology which is great. I have not found a place where I use it that it will not work. I am loving it every day.

Bought this for use with my laptop and wish I had done it much, much sooner.
This mouse works on every surface I have come across while using my laptop. The Darkfield Laser Tracking technology is great and really works well.. Don't have a flat surface?, no problem as it works just as well on my jeans as any other surface.
The mouse is small but comfortable and I have large hands. The size is great though as it's for laptop use and space is usually limited. The styling of the mouse is excellent, it just looks and feels like a quality piece of hardware and for me it has been. I love the stepped or smooth scroll wheel action; click down on it and the scroll wheel will spin freely so you can blast through document pages, click again and you're back to stepped control moving 3 lines at a time.
It holds 2 batteries but will run off of just one making for great battery life and a nice weight to the mouse that just seems right for control. There is a protective cover for the lens that is also the on/off switch for the mouse, forward thinking once again. Just to make sure it it protected during travels there is a really nice zippered case bag for the mouse thrown in too,
Logitech definitely got it right on this one for styling and functionality with a few extras for caveats. It is well worth the money, IMO!

This mouse is exactly what I'd hoped. Scrolling and movement are perfectly smooth. The mouse has enough weight to it not to feel cheap, but is light enough to carry daily in my laptop bag. I love the small format USB plug; I just leave it in my laptop all the time. I wish the mouse was a little less expensive, but I don't have a single complaint about the mouse itself, so I suppose you get what you pay for! This is literally the best mouse I've ever used.

I've used many mice over the years, and Anywhere Mouse MX is perhaps the best of them. It's compact without being small, works on any surface (yes, including my glass desk), and is responsive enough for my son to play games. It also works on both Mac and Windows.

This mouse fits well in my hand. My hands are on the small side. It responds well when tracking or scrolling. It is the best mouse that I have ever owned. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my browsing computer. I use it for EQ2 as well as web browsing and puzzle/action games.

This mouse is great, super battery life, packed with features and I especially like the deep read technology. Often while traveling on business the hotels have glass topped work desks, in the past with other mice I would have to place a sheet of paper down on the desk so the mouse work work. This mouse handles the glass top without any problems.

What's great about it: solid, fine controls, works on any surface, dongel works for multiple devices,smart design, betterie life
What's not so great: it uses batteries, but hey it's wireless and it dosen't go through them very quickly.
I've owned this mouse for several years and i think it's the best. I use this mouse for all types of games and have the sensitivity very high and the mouse has excellent fine controls on any surface. The bateries last for about 3 months with alkoline and about 6 months with NicMH rechargables if there freshly charged under heavy use and I spend ruffly 5 or more hours at my computer every day. aside from it's very solid build this mouse has weight that you can feel but that dosen't hinder i have thick fingers that are average in legnth and this mouse is very comfortable in my hand. also the dongle that the mouse uses can also be used at the same time for other logitech devices like keyboards and headsets( idk about surround sound headset though or that this would have an impact on the mouses performance) and can be stored inside the mouse under the baterie cover. also the O/I switch also functions as a lense dust cover and is very easy to use. this mouse delivers it works on any surface so it's great for laptops, but is also very fine in it's controls so works great for serious gamming.

When I bought this mouse I knew of all of it's features, it has some of the same similarities options from another Logitech mouse I own. It's compact a little on the heavy side, just from having the extra battery in it. It's quickness and abilities is what buying Logitech products is all about. The size of the mouse is what I was looking for . I got spoiled having the extra controls on my other Logitech mouse that I wanted the same controls for my laptop to make surfing the internet a little easier. I have been buying Logitech products for a long time and I have not been disappointed with any of them.

This is my first wireless mouse and I must say it is nice moving away from cables. I went from a Logitech G5 gaming mouse that was amazing, but the cables started getting annoying, so I got this and I must say it is just awesome. It's small, so if you want a full sized mouse, this isn't for you but it isn't as small as some other mice. The response isn't as good as my previous mouse, but that's just because it's wireless and it wasn't made for gaming, so no issues there. One thing I like is that by pressing down on the mouse wheel, you can make it free scroll so there is no resistance. The button right behind the mouse wheel activates the little pull cursor thing that you can drag the page up and down with. This mouse also has really good range, I can go across my room and still use it... to control my iTunes volume :) I haven't tried using this mouse on clear glass, just the jet black desk I have and as you've read, it works just fine. I expect to own this mouse for a long time.
P.S batteries are included and it looks like a Lamborghini :)
