What's great about it: Very clear, very comfortable
What's not so great: Charging Holster is a poor design
I like everything about this wireless headset except the charging holster. You need to be careful to push it down fully into the holster carefully and make sure the charge indicator is lit to be certain it is charging otherwise the next morning the battery will be dead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Being able to answer phone away from the desk, good sound in headset
What's not so great: the ear piece hurts the back of my ear. would be better on a headband for one ear.
It is great and easy to use. I can answer my phone in the warehouse and keep talking as I walk up front. The only thing I do not like is the earpiece. It hurts my ear. I like the headband with the ear piece for one ear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: great sound quality
Like unit, however did not know that I needed phone lift and could have bought all in one unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
