What's great about it: comes in nice cardboard box
What's not so great: quits working after three months, no repair parts available
Purchased this for my 86 year old mother to replace the toaster oven she had for 10-12 years. Went over to visit yesterday and she said her toaster was not working. I check it out and sure nuff, no heat. I take it to work and open it up, thermostat is burnt. No parts available (unless I want to order 500 from China)

I purhcased this product on sale to replace an older oven. So far, so good! It has worked great and has satisfied my need for a quick way to prepare small meals.

What's great about it: Price, looks
What's not so great: Toasting length VERY difficult to select
The unit looks good, has a nice capacity as an oven, and was very reasonably priced. HOWEVER, we bought it as a toaster. The dial to select the toasting length is almost impossible to use - it's in minutes and the whole toasting range is just a tiny portion of the circle. No easy to select Light, Medium, Dark as you might expect from a toaster. We didn't pick up on that, so will probably use it for a while then try again and get another one. Toasting seems even over the bread.

What's not so great: The timer is hard to set.
Overall the product seems fine, but it is a toaster, and I have an incredibly hard time setting the timer at a level that toasts without burning...it should be easier to set!

What's great about it: sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean!
What's not so great: hmmm, can't think of anything, so i guess nothing.
we are very satisfied with this toaster oven. durable, perfect size, the works.
we looked at several before the holidays and came back to this one. yep i burned the biscuits first time around, next day i did our grilled chicken, they came out just like i had done them in our big oven. totally recommend!

I had a black and decker toaster for 10 years and it died, so I got this one. I just needed a simple toaster. But this toaster lasted 14 months... first the timer died and now the heating elements. Never again.

What's great about it: smaller than many toaster ovens
What's not so great: Timer for toaster is a bit of a challenge to set for consistent finished product.
Had my other toaster oven for years and I loved it. But, it is no longer available. So, I found this one which appeared to be similar but is just ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this little gem less than a year ago and the glass door exploded. Ruined a nice piece of steak and glass is everywhere. So far I have made 3 calls to customer service and have gotten no where with the exception of another phone number to call tomorrow. Which is not open at the time I was given it. If you like a good run around with customer service technicians, you will love this baby when it breaks. Based on what I have seen so far, I would never recommend brand to anyone and recommend retailers not to carry.

What's great about it: cheap, easy to use
What's not so great: producing toast is hit/miss.
I have had this for about one year and I have had no problems thus far. Not the best for toasting bred, but other than that I have used it a bunch. My apartment oven is horrible and I use this toaster oven for everything that fits in it. I often use it to toast sandwiches and melt the cheese.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It worked ok for a while. Wasn't effiecint for toast. First the timer died, then the heating elements.

What's great about it: All the right features, good size, great price
What's not so great: takes forever to toast, annoying ticking.
A case of you get what you pay for. I didn't want to spend a lot and figured, it's a toaster oven, how hard is it to work right. My family, esp. my wife, complains about it constantly. Now I have to spend more money on a pricier model, but at least it will work. BTW, I logged in and wrote then entire review and my toast is not done yet.

What's great about it: Large capacity. When it worked, it did the job.
What's not so great: It only worked for about a month.
After about a month, the heating unit stopped working completely. No matter what setting it was on, it would just tick away and never heat up.
