What's great about it: its was greast while it was working, good compact machine
What's not so great: customer service at WP
we bought this on lne in March 2010, by the May it had broken down. It was easy to set up and we were pleased with it up to that point, the error message was water line blockage. We called customer service at WP, & they took a week to come back to us to say what was going to happen, we sent a copy of the purchase & then we had to chase them up after 5 days, we were told that the engineering dept would be in touch within 5 days. At this point we asked for a replacement machine but they offered a full refund so we took it and have come to the conclusion from the repsonse that there may be a problem with this machine, we have bought a GAGGIA model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
