What's great about it: The product works as advertised
What's not so great: Customer service is far from being service or customer oriented.
I purchased this product as a second transmitter for a remote starter which I received for Christmas. I wanted to have a transmitter on both of my sets of keys for the vehicle. I expect that it will perform as well as the original.
The problem as always with Best Buy is getting anything you buy from them installed. When you finally get scheduled they don't always have the required parts and the technicians don't care. They just tell you you need to reschedule the appointment. Your time isn't their concern. I'm still waiting for my hour appointment for a 10-15 minute job. Unfortunately Best Buy was my only option, otherwise I would go elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: The multiple functions it has to start the car and the easy entry
This product has a great range to starting my car. The fact that I can use this to open my car instead of having to use the key is wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!
