What's great about it: Gives you a clean, professionally finished installation.
What's not so great: Just have to make sure you pick the correct one (50-50)
The HDMI ports on our excellent Samsung 22" LED TV were too close to the edge and therefore made our 2 HDMI cables very visible. They are too thick to ever droop down enough to hide which spoils the good looks of this classy TV. By installing these 90 degree adapters, the HDMI cables now drop straight down behind the TV and are hidden. VERY nice final detail. As the other reviewer commented, just make sure you buy the correct version. You will either need the one like I did that has the narrow side of the connector toward the back of the tv or away from it. I believe toward the tv is most common. For $16.99, it's excellent and enhances the look of your installation.

What's great about it: If you only need a right angle adapter
What's not so great: If you need it to be angled left or the opposite direction of this adapter.
I have the Sanus wall mount and it requires an adapter because of the distance from the wall is minimal. MThe Sony 32" TV has the HDMI's oriented in a direction that interferes with my mount and I needed to buy a Sony swivel HDMI cable instead so it would go either way. I cant beleive that this would not work for my Sony TV properly.

What's great about it: Easy plug in and play, great design, small size
What's not so great: Nothing so far
I wanted this adapter in order to fix the problem I had been having with my hdmi connection to my tv. I use the hdmi with my ps3 but my tvs inputs are at an awkward hanging/vertical position that forced my hdmi cord to bend unnaturally at almost a 90 degree angle when plugged in. Because of this bending, the cord's circulation, so to speak, was cut off every week or so. So when I went to use my ps3 I would just get a black screen and would have to unplug the hdmi and lay it straight for awhile. With this adapter, it allows the hdmi cord to be plugged in at a staight angle, making for no bending. I have not had the trouble since. Excellent idea for an adapter.

What's great about it: Hides the HDMI cables that input on the side of the LED TV's.
What's not so great: Finding out which one you need : Wide or Narrow.
Great Product. I would suggest taking a picture of the HDMI inputs and bring it into the store to determine which one you need, Wide or Narrow. This might save you a trip to the store.
