What's great about it: easy set up
What's not so great: a lot of extra's you have to read a lot to figure them out
I have not been able to use all of its functions yet, but the pulse works good both on the wrist and with the strap.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: multiple features in one watch
I bought this gift for my husband. On more than one occasion he has commented on how much he likes the various features. He's yet to figure out if he likes the belt that comes with it.

What's great about it: Distance mark, touch heart rate,
What's not so great: Heart Rate takes too long to get started and marks weird rates
I bought two of them (1 to my wife) and it worked pretty well in the first 3-4 months but after that just huge headaches. The heart rate takes time to get started and when it does it seems too weird (walking @ 230 bpm and running @ 100 bpm). It takes me crazy because I really don't feel confindent about the rate is showing.
I am looking foward to buying a Polar or Garmin soon. Don't wast your time, money and heart rate.

What's great about it: measures HR, distance, calories
What's not so great: cannot figure out if it stores information like so you can see what you did last compared to most recent.
For what I was looking for, this watch is great. I wanted a watch that gives me my HR and measures distance like a pedometer. This watch has it all for a very low price. If you try to buy a more expensive Polar watch, you have to buy the add on device to tie into your shoelaces to measure distance. There is no need for that. Plus you can change out your own battery in this watch. Where as with Polar you have to mail it in to them and pay a pretty big fee for it. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking for a good HR monitor watch. It does have a lot of menus and I cannot compare that to any other watch cause this is the only one I have ever owned. I think it was a darn good first purchase and as long as it does not wear down on me, I will use for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
