What's great about it: Easy to install
What's not so great: Brother won't stand behind it
I always spend more for the manufacturer's brand to be sure it works. I got one that didn't work. Brother would not refund, even after taking me through the troubleshooting process and determining that the cartridge itself was flawed. I offered to send it to them so they could verify it was brand new and full of toner. They still refused. On a broader note: Let's only do business with companies that use common sense and fairness; that will create a better world.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Lasts forever!!!
Lasts much longer than those expensive ink cartridges. Glad I bought the printer & the toner. The toner is great!!

What's great about it: Easy replacement, good price, easy store pickup
What's not so great: Some confusion on getting id for store pickup
The cartridges are great, print well, and are easy to install. I also like the ease in recycling the cartridges and at no cost other than a trip to the post office.
I would recommend this to a friend!
