What's great about it: Light weight, durable, conveinant

This headset is the best headset I have ever owned. This is my second one. If it broke tomorrow, I would purchase the same thing again.

This product is very good and well worth the money. it works perfect for me and lets me get quite far from the base for convenience. I would recommend this for anybody who needs hands free

What's great about it: Easy to use, various wearing options, easy setup, large range
What's not so great: microphone doesn't pick up voice until second word.
I bought a new VTech phone to go with this headset b/c I saw some people say it worked with their VTech phone and I was happy with my previous VTech phone. However, didn't work with my VTech phone. So I returned that and bought an AT&T phone. It synced up and everything quickly and easily.
I also like the 3 different options of how it can be worn.
The range is great too.
I haven't had people tell me that they sometimes miss the first word I say b/c it takes a second for the microphone to pick up my voice.
Other than that I love it so far!

What's great about it: Good Sound; easy to pair with a compatible phone
OK....this review is a bit different because the product did work good...however not with my particular cordless phone (PHILLIPS). I read the product description before buying and noted that you needed to have a specific AT&T model that was compatible with this product. So yes I admit I knew this going in. However, I also read a few reviews that stated they had a VTECH 6.0 phone and that it worked just fine. So I thought I too would get lucky with my non-AT&T 6.0 phone. However, It would not work.....but the good news is just for kicks I tried pairing it with my parents phone which is a VTECH (and it worked like a charm!!). So in the long run I ended up returning the item/ because in order for it to work for me I would have had to replace my current phone (which is a PHILLIPS) and I love the phone and did not think it was worth it. BUT ALL in all if you have the suggested AT&T model(s) or a VTECH phone that is compatible with this device it will work just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to purchase this headset since it was the compatable headset to go with the AT&T DECT 6.0 cordless phone I purchased. Other than the price to be shipped to me after shipping & taxes was $119.00, it has been a great product & a neck/shoulders/back saver since I work from home on the phone and the computer all day. Great sound quality, easy to use, best of all, it is cordless & I don't have to carry around the cordless phone with a cord from it to my head everywhere I go! :) It's push button answer, mute & volume control on the headset itself are easy to use once you get used to them...doesn't take long. Plus they give you all 3 ways to wear it (ear piece, neck & over the head) so you can try them all to see which fits & feels the most comfortable for you. Enjoy!

What's great about it: Clear strong wireless connection, worked with VTECH DECT 6.0 phone

Bought this unit thinking it was a stand alone that could be connected to phone line or paired with DECT 6.0 ATT phones and found out that it cannot be connected to a phone line, (only the TL7610 can). Bought it as a gift and the user did not have an ATT DECT 6.0 phone so I was going to return it and get the TL7610. When I got it home I realized that I had a VTECH DECT 6.0 expandable cordless phone so I thought I would try to pair it up with that and low and behold it registered to the VTECH and worked perfectly. So I ended up giving them my VTECH and the TL7600. We talked over an hour using the headset and it worked flawlessly the entire time. Not sure how long the battery lasts but it is very convenient to place it in the charging cradle when not in use.
The various holders are nice as they give you several methods of wearing the headset but changing them can be a little difficult at times because they snap onto the main unit a little snug. Overall we were very impressed with the quality and clarity of the unit, the volume, mute, and flash features are handy and work well once you get used to the location of the buttons.
The only downside I can see to this unit besides the somewhat high cost is if DECT 6.0 becomes obsolete and your phone needs to be replaced sometime in the future. That is the only reason I would consider getting the TL7610 instead of this one unless of course you don't have a DECT 6.0 that will pair with it.
