What's great about it: Very easy to use!

I tried a couple of the K-Cup coffee machines, and the coffee was never hot! Very disappointing. I returned them and bit the bullet and spent the extra cash for this top of line one. I am thrilled with it's performance, and the temperature of the coffee is perfect...nice and hot! Also love the fact that you can use the filter stored inside to brew your favorite coffee or tea. Use just the hot water without a K-Cup for tea as well. Very happy with this purchase. It is expensive, but if you need a one cup at a time type coffee maker, that you can count on, this is the one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: fast and looks great
What's not so great: water retention
everything is so fantastic with this except for the water retention. the last cuisinart one i had seems to of held more water so i didn't have to refill it as much. i drink a lot of coffee and have to fill it once a day. other than that it's perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

dude, this thing is sweet. So easy to use - you can get a cup of coffee in 10 seconds then make a Chai Tea in another 10 seconds...no clean up, we made a great purchase

What's great about it: Easy to use and understand operation. Excellent amount of cup size selections. Looks very nice!
What's not so great: I think some of the buttons on the front are a little too dim, but it's ok. Not a deal breaker.
I can't say enough good about this machine. It is perfect, a little expensive, but you do get what you pay for in this case. They did their homework on this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to use, fast cup of coffee, consistently good coffee.
What's not so great: Could be just a bit hotter.
Since I started collecting vintage stove top percolators my coffee has been hot and delicious. The switch to Keurig was determined by the amount of work it was to clean the old coffee pots by hand and that they took ten to 15 minutes to perk. The stainless Keurig is fast, easy, but not quite as hot as I like it. I've decided that the trade-off is still very much worth it. Don't get me wrong, it still makes a hot cup of coffee and I put it in a double wall thermos travel mug, which I drink for at least an hour. I would recommend this Keurig to anyone who likes a consistently good cup of coffee, quickly. I've read other reviews that say it is loud, it is not loud at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just got this coffeemaker right before the holidays. We had a houseful of people staying with us and so we always need 2-3 different pots of coffee brewing at the same time, but NOT this holiday season. We had a variety of coffee K-cups available and everyone just helped themselves as needed. All my dear husband had to do was to keep the reservoir filled--no clean ups, no mess, etc.
I love being able to adjust the temperature. I love ultra hot coffee but not everybody does. I also love being able to control the strength of the coffee by changing the cup size. If a coffee was too weak we would make the cup size smaller, etc. Also if I used a larger mug I could fill it twice with two different brews if I wanted to. I cannot say enough good about this unit.

What's great about it: Fresh cup everytime. No mess, no fuss. Looks impressive in stainless.
What's not so great: The LED lights are extremely bright. We put in our bedroom, but have to turn off due to the bright lights.
Great product, but I think the less expensive model would have worked just as well. The stainless exterior does look amazing, but in reality, the function of the machine remains the same as the basic Keurig. I would have saved a few buck and purchased a different model. Also, the LED lights are way too bright. We thought it looked like a headlight when you sat across from it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
