Read many positive reviews before purchasing The Sharper Image Deep Kneading Shiatsu Foot Massager. Looked at several other models, too. This was a gift for my husband who has been experiencing foot pain. He fell in love with it the first time he used it, especially the heat mode. I knew I made a great gift purchase when I walked into the livingroom and found him fast asleep in his chair with his feet still on the massager. Another good feature of this massager is that it turns itself off after a period of time. Best Buy had the best price for this wonderful item. Would recommend it to anyone, especially those with foot pain.

What's great about it: good price, fun on the toes
What's not so great: Too simple, dunno how long it'll live
Bought it as a b-day gift to a friend. we tried it together and couldn't let go. at first you have to get used to the ticklish sensation, but then you learn how to use it so it actually works on your feet, and you will not live it for a minute. It has two features - massage and hot massage, although both are warm at least. too bad it doesn't have a few more massaging features, but it's a good value for money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: everthing
What's not so great: nothing so far
i have rheumatoid arthritis and i stand all day when i get home i sit with my feet on this machine for hours it relieves the pain in my feet toes and ankles i think the radiant heat works nicely to loosen up my muscles and tendons. if you have sore feet i really recommend this product.

What's great about it: Easy to use, decent price, heat function is great
What's not so great: short power cord
I have high arches, wear orthotic supports in my shoes and have suffered from sore feet for many years. This product in one use impressed me. The heat function is very warm and a big plus. The unit reaches my high arches without a problem. Anyone who suffers from sore feet would benefit with this product.
