What's great about it: comfort, style
What's not so great: sound, wont connect to HD tv, so why have it?
My 11 year old son likes the chair to play games, comfortable enough and looks good but the sound is not too clear and the biggest issue is that it wont connect to an HD TV. Not bad but probably would not get it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately we have not been able to use the chair to find out what is great or not so great because there were no instructions . Does anyone have any suggestions on how to obtain the instructions for this?

What's not so great: back support doesn't hold up
The chair back started to bend back more than what it was supposed to. The seat is more of a recliner now than a chair.Very unhappy since it has only been one month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Physical structure is not durable.
I bought two of these for my teenage sons. The speakers were a bit crackly right out of the box when using them wirelessly, but the boys said the sound was satisfactory, and when they connected directly it was very good. About three weeks after purchasing them, the backrest support mechanism gave way when a 75 lb person was sitting in the chair. Now it flops backward. We purchased them online and our local store doesn't carry them. They are now out of stock online, so instead of returning it we are going to attempt to repair it ourselves. This was an expensive disappointment. The other chair is still satisfactory as of this writing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Sound, design and comfort
What's not so great: Having a cord running out of the wall to power chair
My wife and I purchased this game chair for my son. Unfortunately after hooking it up (which was rather easy) we came across to different issues. 1) This is not a "TRUE" wireless chair, the chair has to be plugged in power at all times. MEaning you'll have a power cable running from the wall to the chair at all times. 2) If you are planning on using the wireless sound feature the wireless box that controls this feature is battery operated and does not last very long. Other than that the sounds is really nice and the chair is made well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: its durable and amazing sound feels like your there.
What's not so great: it scratches but bairley.
i had gaming chair that had cost near 400 to 600 dollars this is the best i tried it out at my friends first then i knew i had to have it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Solid feel, Nice sound
What's not so great: Not available in stores (would've saved me $30 shipping)
Bought this chair for nephew and he loves it. Listens to Ipod in it, watches movies in it, reads books in it. Easy setup and feels durable. Spills wipe off and folds for storage, he loves it.
Why doesn't my local Bestbuy carry this in the store? Very Very popular item, would've saved me $30 in shipping if they had any chairs in stock. oh well, he loves it anyway, regardless of Bestbuy. Bad Bestbuy, Bad boy...
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: the RC plugs on the control panel are real cheap. they broke the first day I had the chair!
The chair in nice but not the best quality electronics.For the money NOT WORTH IT!!!
