What's great about it: The way it cooks at a lower heat and fast.
What's not so great: I don't care for the timer. It's too low and I can't hear it in another room
My new oven is very nice. It cooks everything at a lower heat and a shorter time than my old oven. I have to be careful and not crank the heat up too high which saves on energy I'm sure. It's pretty quiet for having a fan for the convection and I like the way the fan is recessed and not sticking out taking up room. My old GE double oven was 38 years old so I would be foolish to go with anything but another GE oven.
