If you liked the music on the show, you'll like it on the CD. It's really that simple. They're the best of the best songs in the middle of the season, episode 9 to episode 13.

This is a cd in which we can put in my car and everyone in my family enjoys listening to it, because there is a little something for everyone. The Glee Cast has done such an amazing job with all their hard work to bring an amazing soundtrack to life. I find when I listen to the cd I am thinking of where they sang it in the show. Definitely gives a new life to some older songs.
Though I love the first volume just a tad bit more because it has a few more songs I am fond of on the first cd.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Familiar songs from the television show Glee
If you like the tv show Glee, you will like this music. We play it on long car trips and end up singing along with it. Since it is familiar music that we have seen on the tv show, the whole family can enjoy it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Decent Price, Great Music
What's not so great: Didn't include certain songs from Season
I love the show so now I own the music from the show. The CD was priced relatively well for being a new release. I didn't have any problems with shipment of the CD. Only disappointment was some of the song selections for this CD and no bonus tracks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE the music of Glee! I haven't even seen all the TV episodes! I love the arrangements and the voices. Volume 1 is amazing as well.

What's great about it: you still remember how these songs were performed by the show
What's not so great: I want more Mash-ups
I enjoyed Glee V1 although some songs on Glee V1 hadn't been performed yet on the show (or at least I hadn't watched those episodes yet). It was nice to have already seen every song on Glee V2 performed.
I was very happy to see a mash-up, I wanted more of them because I think mash ups show more variety in the story than songs by 1 or 2 performers.
Either way, it is a nice collection and good for car trips.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Every cover they do is great.
What's not so great: wish there were more songs.
Great show, great cast, great cover songs. Everything they do is spectacular. I could do without some of the standards they cover, but that's just me. I only wish they could offer every song they cover on their show.
