What's great about it: easy to hook up, very good sound, comfortable
What's not so great: volume control and balance difficult to set, have to take off headset to adjust
I tried the Sennheiser SET 840 TV (under-ear) unit first, but it was too difficult to get to work, so returned them after a few days of frustration. I have some moderate hearing loss, so decided to go for the expensive RS 180 headphone, and was pleased to find them very easy to hook up, comfortable fit with very good sound. My biggest gripe is having to take the unit off my head to adjust the sound and balance, a poor design for such a good headphone. Overall, I am satisfied with the 180 although they were extremely expensive.

What's great about it: Comfort, quality sound, extended range, extendable
What's not so great: expensive
I'm not an audiophile, but I do enjoy quality music and movies. I often come home late and start to relax while preparing a meal. I listen to either a radio station or stored MP3 tracks or a good movie while moving around in the house. Everyone is asleep and they don't know I’m out in the family room. The two models I was interested in were the Sennheiser RS 180 and the RS 170. The only difference I could see was the ear cuff material. I purchased the RS 180 because the RS 170 was not available at the time. That being said, I really like the comfort, quality, extended range of the RS 180 and would recommend it to anyone willing to shell out the $325. You can save almost $100 with the RS 170 which is I believe the better deal. It's also nice the unit will handle multiple earphones for future proofing. I've been using the unit for about 1 month and I have not had any problems or disappointments with it. Hope this helps anyone looking into the purchase of one.

What's great about it: Sound
What's not so great: Comfort not the best
Overall some of the best headphones I have ever listened to, wired or wireless. Buttons to control volume are a little close together and hard tell apart from power button, they are all right next to each other. Not the most comfortable I have tried on but still are nice. Do to the great sound you forget about everything else once you get into whatever movie, music, or game that is on.

What's great about it: Range and durability.
What's not so great: Pricey.
I bought these as my first pair of wireless headphones. The range and sound qualify are excellent. I have had a couple of occasions to test the durability of the headphones, and they passed the test. After fine tuning the adjustment for my head, the headphones are comfortable. It comes with removable rechargeable batteries, which is a plus. Though I have not drained the batteries, they seem to have several hours worth of listening. Also, you are able to connect several pairs of headsets to the base. Overall, I am extremely happy with the performance.

What's great about it: Easy set-up, fantastic sound, noise free, comfortable controlled listening, stylish
What's not so great: Headset controls a bit small but manageable
These have to be the by far the best wireless headset I have ever owned. They are crystal clear with absolutely now extraneous noise. I love the Automatic Level Control that eliminates the need to adjust the volume between speech and other parts of movies such as music passages and action. You can actually hear what is being said without getting your ears blown off when an explosion or music takes place. I also like the open-air design that allows you to still hear what is going on around you. For an over the ear headset they are surprisingly comfortable. In my opinion, they are well worth the cost.
This product has... Perfect fit, Stylish, Powerful bass, no extraneous noise, perfect sound leveling feature, comfortable during prolonged use

What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
I got these headphones to listen to the tv without disturbing my husband's sleep. I have had several different brands of wireless headphones, but these are definitely the best yet. The sound quality is great. They are as comfortable as I could hope for. I do get a little tired of wearing them, but that is after about three hours, so it isn't a problem. I am very happy with this product.

What's great about it: Ability to understand talking on TV
What's not so great: Maybe has electrical problems.
I have had this for 3 1/2 weeks. Use it for the TV since I am hearing impaired. Good sound and intelligibility. However last night I could not turn it off-had to pull the power cord. Not a good thing. Hopefully this was a one-time problem since my time to return is about up.

The first headset I received did not work but Best Buy replaced it immediately. The new set I received works perfect. Great sound with perfect reproduction and good left, right separation. I recommend this for anyone seeking a good wireless headset that can be turned up while the tv is turned low.

What's great about it: Sound quality and range
What's not so great: The User Manual
Says it all... best wireless headphones I've ever used in terms of sound quality and range.
There are only two minor drawbacks. It's hard to differentiate between the controls while you're wearing them (volume, balance, ect.). You'll need to take them off to adjust them. Also, the manual, originally written in German, and badly translated into English, isn't abundantly clear on how to add additional headphones (up to 4) to your base-station's connection. Don't worry, though, you'll figure it out. If I can, you will. Only takes a couple of minutes of experimenting.
Like I said, originally, the sound quality and range of this unit is more than enough to compensate for a less than par manual. You'll love what you hear.

What's great about it: Sound quality and comfortable fit
What's not so great: Poorly designed headset control switches
First the good: The headset is made well. It is lightweight and produces good sound. It sounds so good, you might forget that it is in fact wireless. I like the fact that I can walk all throughout my house (3200+ sq ft) and still be able to listen without any audio disruption. However, it has limits of course so don’t try walking out to the mailbox. The ear pieces are very comfortable and you will like the fact that the headset is lightweight.
Now for the bad: You will not like the audio controls. The volume, left & right balance and on/off switch are difficult to distinguish one switch from the other, especially while wearing the headset. They are too close together and are all located on one ear piece. Secondly, I wasn’t really pleased with the fact that the audio can be heard by others (open ear headset). Not really a big deal, unless the purpose of the headset is to allow privacy so that others aren’t disturbed which is my case. To get around this, I turn the volume down and it seems to be working pretty well. My wife hasn’t complained at all about my volume settings. So, perhaps it will work for you as well.
The bottom line: The poorly designed controls and the open ear headset will make me look a little harder the next time I need a wireless headset.

Pricey, but a great product. Range is great, I can hear sound from anywhere in the house and I live in a 3k sq ft home. I would recommend for anyone who is married and wife doesn't want you to watch TV in bed because of the noise.

What's great about it: Everything!!!
What's not so great: Nothing So Far.
The Sennheiser RS 180 is light weight, has a soft fabric on the ears, your ears don't get hot, has amazing sound, and awesome range. I did a lot of research for these wireless headphones, and in everything I read the Sennheiser RS 180 was the best for the price. I didn't want a cheap wireless headphone that hurt my ears after a 2 hour movie. I had some that had vinyl padding on the ears, and they made your ears hot and sweaty, the Sennheiser's don't. I love watching Hi-Def movies with surround sound cranked, so it feels like I'm right there. My girlfriend always nagged on me to turn the volume down on the TV. Now that I have my wireless headphones, I crank the volume, and she can adjust the TV volume or just turn it off.

What's great about it: AMAZING SOUND QUALITY, COMFORTABLE, EASY TO USE.
I have used the Sennheiser RS-130 for the past 4 years, and the surround sound was incredible and delicious, but I was looking for an upgrade, the next generation from a high quality manufacturer. My main uses are for blu-ray movies and late night TV viewing as to not disturb any neighbors, plus it's an intimate experience without any street noise. The DVD product guide estimated an initial charge of up to 16 hours, but mine was ready for blastoff in about 7. I was immediately blown away, swept into a cinematic oasis, a sound panorama that disintegrated any assumptions about how a movie should leave a lasting impression! They are exceptionally comfortable and well worth the price, and you will not be disappointed!!! Without a sound system hooked up to my Samsung 1920 X 1080 HD-LCD TV, I realize now I haven't totally appreciated the blu-ray player and movies until this wireless headphone purchase. Thanks to Kleer's uncompressed audio transmission technology another journey began via listening to some of my favorite blu-rays like Oliver Stones "The Doors". WOW!!! The bass sounds are outstanding and precise. You will venture forth into a new world of audio pleasure. If the Sennheiser RS-180 was a painting it would be a masterpiece by Kandinsky or Dali; a sculpture, La Pieta via Michelangelo, a song, something by Lennon & McCartney. Remember this: escape is not a luxury, it is a necessity if you want to get an advanced degree in sound and mind travel. Now get out and buy these phones!
