What's great about it: backlight; large numbers for caller ID
What's not so great: wouldn't mount on wall without alteration
This phone has all the features I wanted. The caller ID is large enough to read and it lights up, which is nice. The only problem I had is that I wanted to mount it on the kitchen wall. But, for some reason, the holes aren't lined up correctly, and I'd have to make one bigger to make it work. Concerned I'd break it, I decided to use it as a table phone.

What's great about it: Price and functionality
What's not so great: No speakerphone, & the way the keypad works with the headset.
I really like this phone. It would be great if there were a speakerphone, but for the price it's worth it. The phone is used for customer service so I NEED to use a headset with it, which was my main reason for purchasing. Only problem I had is that when I first plugged my headset into the headset jack, I was having problems hearing the callers, but if I muted my headset, I could hear the caller clearly, but ofcourse they could not hear me. Also if I put the volume button on the phone on high I would get a lot of buzzing. (This was very odd and my headset was brand new) After, unplugging headset a few times and tinkering around with the phone it began to work fine. I guess it just needed to be "broken in" a little bit. Now I use the phone without major issues everyday. My only concern is that if I hang up the phone for more than 10 minutes, the headset has to be unplugged and then plugged in again because, the keypad will not dial out if I don't. This is not good because it puts extra wear and tear on the headset jack output. Fortuanately, I only have to do this twice throughout my work day, but I'd rather leave it in and never have to unplug it at all since this is a work phone & headset jacks can wear down easily. I don't know if this is just the way the phone is made, or if its just a technical problem with MY phone. So I guess If that headset issue wouldn't be a big problem for you, its a decent buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
