The Best All Around Training Aid

What's not so great: Requires extras for full capabilities but they're worth it!
Great for multiple uses including running, biking and the gym. Plus any other gym class like yoga, zumba, etc. My wife loves this thing. She gets to keep track of all her workout sessions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: pretty color
What's not so great: Is not a true GPS
This purchase was a BIG dissapointment. For the watch to track your distance you need to buy an additional piece - "foot pod". I shopped around and found it for $150. Without the foot pod, it is just a stopwatch. Also with the footpod you have to sync your distance or steps once you initially attach it. A true GPS does not requires this. I ended up returning the watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Fairly easy to set up. Wireless sync is great!
What's not so great: Non-flexible wristband, foot-pod not included, cannot see time while running
I'm still learning all the features of this watch. So far, it is great to calculate distance (if you buy the foot pod, not included) and the wireless sync is really great! The website where data is transferred is very organized, easy to use, and clearly shows distance, pace, cadence, etc. This info can also be exported into and excel spreadsheet. The setup was fairly easy.
It was a bit disappointing to spend $160 on a watch that did not include the foot pod (another $100). The watch band is not very flexible and sometimes uncomfotable. The watch does not come with a user manual. You have to go to Garmin.com to find/download the user manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!
