What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: did not work at all. no power
the unit would not turn on and also the remote would not work. I know this one was a refurbised one I have no problem but when you fix something make sure it works before you sell it. the facing was half off of the unit. Very disappointed ....

What's great about it: Typical VCR combo, not difficult to setup. DVDs play fine.
What's not so great: Tracking slips, sound is horrible on VHS tapes.
I bought this in an attempt ot convert VHS to DVD. THe DVD play fine, however the VHS component is very cheap. Tracking kept slipping and sound is horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: The low price for high quality item
Well packaged and if it were not for the insert stating it was refurbished I would have assumed it was new. Great value and excellent product.

Don't Buy If You Want to Record TV to VHS

What's not so great: LOUD; NO TUNER; TEMPERMENTAL
No tuner so if you want to actually use the VHS player to record anything, you have to have a cable/satellite receiver box!!! DVD player skips on new dvds and is so loud (fan) it's hard to even hear the movie!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
