What's great about it: Size and weight

What's not so great: Power cable is too chord.

Born in 1957, I am not getting any younger. This speaker solves many problems for my generation of musicians. Keep gear light and compact. This product does that. Quality of sound is excellent as well as the price. Get four of them, two monitors and two speakers. Run your vocals and instruments through a tiny Beringher mixer and you don't need a truck to carry your sound any more.

I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: sound quality great, user friendly, portable (35lbs)

What's not so great: n/a

i bought a pair of these speakers 6 months ago. (using this for my dj gigs) the price was pretty reasonable, but i was kinda worried that it may sound "bad" took about a week to get it here to hawaii, very user friendly (plug & play) sound quality is very clear...and loud. i did a good size rec. center party and you can here it through out the whole hall.

I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Great price, great sound, very well built

What's not so great: Low end is there but not strong enough

I am a DJ in Chicago and have been for about three years. All three of those years I've DJ'd at places that had their own systems I just plugged into. It wasn't until recently that I need my own equipment. I am also a Best Buy employee, so I decided to take advantage of my discount ;-) I could have gone with the JBL Eon's for two-three times as much money, but I am so glad I bought these Behringers. The sound quality is excellent and I they are PLENTY loud (without distorting!) The lower end is there, but as with any speaker system, you really do need a subwoofer. The build quality is excellent. I feel like one of these guys could drop off of a stand and not have a scratch. I won't let that happen, but if it does I won't be too concerned. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with these speakers. Unless you are installing speakers in a gigantic hall, don't waste your money on more expensive 12 inchers, get these Behringers. You won't be dissappointed.
