it fits the lap top great. my daughter has it for skype, and my grand-daughter (@1.5 years) misused of it and the camera handle it well.

What's great about it: Great Price, Easy to use
What's not so great: Sacrifices some video quality
I did indeed like this webcam, it brings to the table a great price, albeit sacrificing some video quality for this bargain-basement price, it has decent compatibility, and the ease of use is there, and like stated earlier, an astounding price. Great addition to a budget set-up for the average Skyper, and speakers (seen below), are an awesome addition to this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok I was doing the live video broadcast on my website for gandpshow. I needed at least 10 cameras and this one was 20 bucks and great Picture will my editing software. I bought 11 of these cameras adding up to $309.27 a great price for 11 cameras in a studio.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So when i first went to buy it online, no where did it say that its for laptops only. So when it finally came, i tried to install it and it failed because i finally found out that it can be only used for laptops!!!!! SO MAD.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i've tried skype for my first time and it worked great and even better with windows live messenger

This isn't really compatible with skype. I've tried it with five different versions of skype (running windows XP) and it doesn't work with skype even though the packaging says it does!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
