What's great about it: Auto Sensing Feature that adjusts the drying time based on the load.
What's not so great: Can't Complain.
Purchased this Samsung Dryer along with the Samsung Washer and what a Perfect Match. Love the Auto Sensing Feature that adjusts the Dry Time based on the load. Energy Efficient is always a plus. Lint trap is user friendly along with all of the control panels on the display. There is a nice tune that plays when the cycle is complete.

What's great about it: This dryer shortens the dry time with less wrinkles.
What's not so great: It does not come with the dryer cord.
I bought this dryer as it is the mate to my previous Samsung washer purchase.
I was amazed at how easy this dryer is to operate and how the custom settings allow for lots of temperatures based on the type of material and dampness level.
This dryer also has a feature to keep tossing the clothes after the cycle is finished to help you mimumize wrinkling.

This washer and dryer work perfectly for me and my girlfriend's needs. They are large enough to take care of all of our weekly laundry in 2 loads. They are extremely quiet and we don't even notice them with the laundry room door open. We absolutely love the pedestals and the extra storage and height they provide are a tremendous boon to all of our laundry needs. We have had no problems with this setup and highly recommend it to our friends and you.

What's great about it: Looks Great and Very Quiet
What's not so great: The cost of the pedestals
I replaced my washer and dryer when my old washer took a dump on me. Both the Samsung Washer and Dryer work great, they look great and they are so quiet. You hardly know they are running. I can also tell they are a lot gentler on our clothes then the old ones. they do hold less than the top load, and they do take a little longer to do a load, but well worth it!

What's not so great: wished it doesn't spin to dry shoes
Best dryer ever! it dries perfectly! you don't get the stiff feel but if you like stiff clothes then don't pick this dryer! I love the wrinkle free where if you don't get it after it completes.. it'll run to keep the clothes wrinkle free.

What's great about it: Fantastic operation and easy to use.
What's not so great: A bit pricey.
Our previous dryer required you to run each load twice to get dry, even on the highest setting. With our purchase of the Samsung Dryer, we finally have the satisfaction of quality drying! The dry times are under an hour, even for large loads, and the multiple settings allow for great customization of your laundry if needed. I can't deny that the song played at the end of each load is a great little bonus to the purchase. The only complaint I have is the price, which after the protection plans and tax was a bit higher than I was hoping to pay. But as far as functionality goes, you'll be impressed with the Samsung.

my wife tried to get me to buy a front loading washer and dryer two yrs ago. our old top loaders were still good so i resisted. i finally gave in and i wish i hadn't waited so long. luckily i bought it on sale for $499. the same clothes that used to take three cycles to dry now dry in 20-30 minutes.

Dryer is quiet, efficient, does the job well with a cute little song at the end to let you know its done. My only complaint would be that I can't run the dryer for only 10 or 15 minutes, some of the cycles force you into certain choices. Also don't leave detergent sitting on the washer, spin cycle will throw it right off! (I know from experience!)

What's great about it: Looks good.
This dryer died after 3 uses. Unfortunately, since it was the dryer not the washer that died I found out only after loading it with wet clothes. Repair came to my house 5 days later and determined it was a fuse, an easy fix. But Samsung does not allow a technician to replace a part without ordering it from them as part of the particular repair. So another 11 days went by until the part was delivered and the tech had a spot in his schedule to return.
As for the dryer function itself, the moisture sensor is not very sensitive and it often stops before the cycle time has completed because it thinks the clothes are already dry.

I was under pressure to buy a dryer quick because my old one died. This was the right one for sure. It had more features than I even realized. The "wrinkle free" feature is wonderful. Now I want the matching washer.

First off the song this dryer makes when a load is doneis so much better than other brands loud annoying buzzing. The other good points of this dryer is that it is super efficient, less than 30 minutes on medium heat to dry a full load. The dryer is also very quiet, and very stable, great for a second floor of a house or apartment. Great price as well.
