Very quiet and efficient machine. Initially there was an unusual noise that I reported to Samsung. They immediately sent a serviceman who fixed a loose idler wheel and all was then great.

What's great about it: Dries quickly without shrinking and is SOOOOO quiet!

I bought this dryer from Best Buy about 1 month ago. I was so impressed with it so far, I bought the matching washer. I can't believe how quickly it dries the clothes! I have a family of 5 so time is everything! Full loads generally take 1/2hr! There are many setting including delicates that I use frequently for our sheer curtains. It has a sensor built it that helps control the time of drying! And it is soo quiet I don't even know it's on. If I don't put the end of cycle alarm on, I wouldn't know it was done drying! So far so good! Love my Samsung product!

We previously had a Kenmore Elite dryer and were plagued with constant quality issues and repairs. We researched many dryers but settled on the Samsung dryer after thoroughly research. Be bought the dryer four months ago and are thrilled with how quite (and balanced) it is and how it dries clothes. We have a large family and my wife does a lot of laundry. It seems like such a friendly dryer with its various chimes. With all the comments I have heard from her I felt compelled to post a review. Would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone.

What's great about it: Price, easy to use, quiet, massive capacity
What's not so great: Hard to see the top of the selector position when stacked on the washer.
This is my first HE dryer, which I bought it with the matching front load washer ( WF330ANW/XAA) . I am very happy with all aspects of this unit. HUGE capacity (I've even tried to overfill it and everything comes out great!) very quiet, when stacked on top of the washer its a little hard to see the cycle that is selected; other than that no complaints at all. Highly recommended.

What's great about it: Not hard on cloths, but gets them super clean.
What's not so great: Kinda pricey with the bottom units!
This is my first front load washer, and I was really nervous after hearing all the complaints about the front-loader-funk smell, so I really looked for a machine that would not be subject to that. This washer model has a drain that is very simple and convenient, so bottom-of-the-drum water can be drained out very easily. It also has a sanitize, and did I mention that it is HUGE! I now can do laundry in about 4 loads a week rather than the 8 I was doing in my top loader. Everything is SO clean, too! Very gentle on the hand-wash cycle, and cotton sweaters come out beautifully. Still thought it was pretty pricey, and the bins on the bottom are way too expensive just for a white drawer. Had it 2 months, and still really happy with my purchase. Installed it in the basement, on concrete, so I can't speak for noise or vibrations. It also uses so much less water that it no longer backs up into my utility sink when it drains - boy is that a nice change! On the down side, they take up a lot of room.

I wrote a one-year review on the matching washer so I figured I'd say a little bit about the dryer as well.
My fiance and I purchased this dryer and its washer counterpart (Samsung model #WF330ANW) about a year ago and we literally have had zero issues or complaints about either of them. The sensor drying feature on this machine is absolutely amazing. And like another reviewer already said, you can still time dry and set the sensor "sensitivity" if you will. Drying times compared to my old dryer have been cut by more than half, especially when drying comforters or large loads of sheets/towels/etc. The noise is very minimal and there is not back and forth rattling on the floor, even on our tile. There are a plethora of specialized cycles to handle pretty much anything we can throw at this thing and it handles it all in stride. My favorite feature is definitely the wrinkle-free option which periodically spins your clothes around after the cycle finishes to help prevent wrinkling everything up if it sits in there for a few hours.
When we purchased this set, we were actually looking at a cheaper Samsung set at the local Best Buy store (Athens, GA). The cheaper set happened to be sold out locally and we were given a price match + free delivery. We couldn't have been any happier with our purchasing decision both because of the Samsung product's excellent product and also because of how we were treated by Best Buy.
I'd recommend this dryer and its matching washer to anyone in the market for an upgrade.

I have had this dryer now for about six weeks and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Today I did a very large load with towels, jeans and shirts and they came out great and in a relatively short time. Since I could not get to them when the charming bit of classical music played, I quickly put the load on wrinkle free to keep them going for 20 minutes longer. From my experience, you do not need the steam dry model -- which this is NOT -- (unless you have bedbugs!).

I got this dryer delivered one week ago together with a Samsung washer WF431 in white. I was very excited first, both machines look great, stylish and sturdy. They are very easy to operate, the capacity is large and they seemed as a great purchase for a good price on a sale.
However, the washer does not take stains out on a normal cycle even if I choose the heavy soil mode and add steam. The water never gets hot for some unknown reason.
And the dryer died today when I was drying my children's car seats covers. After 10 mins of drying the machine popped and died. When I press the Start or power button nothing happends, the dryer just wont start on. I am very disappointed and already called best buy. Since I have had them for one week only and I am not happy with the purchase, I am returning both of the units and most likely will go with Electrolux that has amazing reviews.

What's not so great: It's more expensive than a conventional dryer.
This dryer is so amazing. It dries my clothes is half the time! I love the various settings. I've heard others complain that the drying sensor stops the drier before jeans are completely dry, but all you have to do is make sure the setting is on 'more dry'. It looks gorgeous! We even got the matching washer and pedestals. I actually look forward to doing laundry.

Just got the dryer today, didn't know it was running it is so quiet.
I dries real fast.
Sensor drying is great.
I have never seen jeans dry so fast.
It took all of 5 mins to switch the door opening.

What's great about it: It's so quiet!
As a mom of 4 kids, I needed something that would do quick loads and dry fast. I did hours of research and found that Samsung washer and dryers were the best on the market and had the best overall satisfaction rating than even Electrolux. I got a really good deal on the set as Best Buy was having a sale. I have had them since early February and I absolutely LOVE them! I have not one bad thing to say about these machines. I can wash a load in 25 minutes and dry that same load in about 30. The sanitizing cycle is awesome on my towels and my clothes come out so clean and fresh. It definitely makes my laundry days shorter. I'll buy Samsung products from now on.

I purchased this Washer and Dryer as a set. The dryer offers a variety of settings for different fabrics and uses and has a sensor to determine when clothes are dry. Most of the time, the it works perfectly. The only time I've had any problems is when drying comforter covers or blankets that then to roll up on themselves when drying. In this case, I try to remember to check about half way through to unroll the item.
Also, as someone who can't always get to the clothes to fold them as soon as they're done, I really like the wrinkle reduction feature which tumbles the laundry occasionally for a period once the load is dry.
