What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: chip door
I bought this for my husband to smoke salmon. It works great! It's nice being able to control the temperature. the only thing is that we had probelms with was the door to put chips in, but that could be due to user error. I would rather have the chip door issue than deal with a smoker that uses actual fire. I can't wait to try the roasting and grilling feature!
I would recommend this to a friend!
