What's great about it: Looks and sounds like a real piano.
was looking for a piano for a while before deciding on this one. Very satisfied with my Arius.

What's great about it: realistic piano sound, Yamaha name, feel of the keys
What's not so great: volume does not get loud enough
It is the choice of all the pros, and it was my choice as well when it came to a piano. I live in an apartment, so I knew that I could not get anything too big, however I did not want to come up small on sound, and feel. The keys have the best action, and response of any other electric piano I have ever played. The fact that it does not have all the bells and whistles that some other electronic pianos have, did not bother me in the slightest. I have my synths for sound banks, tweaking, and effects. All I wanted was the instrument that felt and sounded the most like a real piano, without breaking the bank, and I think I came out with the best possible choice. Not only does it play great, but it looks great as well. The deep, dark wood color is a great compliment to my living room.
If I had one issue with it, is that I wish the volume went a little louder. I am almost always playing it at a bit past the halfway point, and sometimes have to turn it up almost to peak if I want to pound something out heavy. It's not a huge issue. Down the road I could get an amp to solve that problem.
But for now, it is wonderful, and I am getting better with my playing by the day. I am now more inspired than ever to take some lessons, and I can feel confident that I will be practicing on a great piano.

I live right across the street from a bestbuy... and with nothing to do I usually walk over and hang out in the music store. Everytime I have to play this paino. It sounds amazing, has amazing feel, features are on the low side.... but your not getting a korg or roland synthesizer. Its does what it does... and its does it beautifully. The action of the hammers are top notch!! The expression pedals are actually quite good. Not only does it play and sound great... it looks nice as well.... the key cover slides extremely smooth. All in all its an amazing piece of work... and you'd should really try one out. I think ill buy one in the near future, but i'll have to get my guitar first xP
