What's great about it: Easy to use, excellent output, excellent price
What's not so great: Dual output spout.
I purchased this as a replacement for a defective Breville machine i bought from Bestbuy.com. This machine is everything the Breville wasnt, especially the fact it WORKS!! Easy to use, stylish, durable and comes at a great price. My fiance loves me even more after getting this as a christmas present.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently purchased the Gaggia Color. The machine works great and is very easy to use. I like that the steam wand is on a ball joint. This allows me to be able to have maxim mobility to accommodate for different size cups. The pannarello steam wand is great. I was creating great milk foam on only my 3rd attempt. The color also features a large 9oz boiler. This is nice because it allows for great steaming pressure and allows me to draw several shots in a row without having to wait for the boiler to reheat. Overall this is a great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
