UNIT WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET IT FIXED OR A NEW UNIT SHIPPED. CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THIS 89LB UNIT IT TO A REPAIR CENTER...NONE OF WHICH ARE IN MANHATTAN NOR WOULD THEY SEND OUT A REPAIR PERSON....I RETURNED TO BEST BUY...I DEFINITELY WILL NOT ORDER ANY DELONGHI PRODUCT IN THE FUTURE REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT IS...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Leaks and customer service lies!
and Delonghi Customer Service said it'd be 24-48 hours to hear from someone at corporate. Been a week and a day now!!! Don't buy this product!!!
