What's great about it: pic quality, inputs, tuner

This tv has a sweet picture right out the box with no adjustments. Blu-ray's look awesome, and the tuner picked up a bunch of digital HD channels with one scan. The only downside is the sound, but that is expected with the newer tv's. You will def want a amp and some speakers to fully enjoy. For the price and pic quality you can't go wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Picture clarity
I spent 2 months researching the best overall HD TV. Most review sites had this model listed in their top 5 if not the best as far as picture quality. The 3D capability was just a big bonus. No problem with the pricing. Like with pretty much everything else, you get what you pay for.

I love just about everything about this tv. Picture quality is great and it is a nice size for my small living room. I am considering the purchase of a sound bar, however, because the speakers do not project well.

Owned this tv for a month, and love it. My first lcd. Picture is fantastic with Hdmi cables for tv, movies, and xbox360. No blurring problems at all. Sound from the tv is excellent. I have it hooked up to a panny scbt350, but listen to the tv speakers just as much as the htib's. I have no negative thoughts about this tv. Great tv, good price. The 42 inch size is perfect.

What's not so great: A bit thicker and heavier than most other HDTVs.
I already have another HDTV with 120 frame rate. This one with only 60 is not noticeable unless you're watching bluray movies on it or play HD gaming on it.

Good price of 599. Setup was easy, though the base could have been created a bit simpler as opposed to deep holes for the set screws.
Had it up and working in 20 minutes of opening the box.
1080p rating shows incredible pic using Blu-ray dvd's.

Speakers are facing out from the rear so occasionally some voices get muddled. probably better to hook up to separate audio source.
So far (30 days) no issues at all !!.

This TV has excellent picture quality, clear sound with good volume.
I've used it with a number of different devices and have been very pleased each time.
It has a sleep timer which for me is a great feature and use it all the time! All in all I'm extremely pleased with this TV. I would recommend this TV to friends and relatives without hesitation.

Bought that TV for our large bedroom. size-42"- is perfect for our room. Easy to install. Picture is good, not as good as my OLD SONY 36" TRINITRON TV (7 years old and still working good in living room). overall nice TV, happy with it.

The picture quality is very good on this 42" LCD TV. We have an X-BOX 360 & connects that we use with this TV and its great. We have another 50" Panasonic Plasma TV that has also been great. No problems at all. Panasonic makes a good quality product. We bought this TV just before Christmas and Best Buy had a Blu-Ray player and Surround sound system package deal so the price was good. The remote is easy to use and with the Viera Link feature Panasonic has I can control the TV, Blu-Ray and Surround sound system with just the TVs remote. Everything powers on with the push of a single button and setup was fairly simple. The menus for setup, audio and video adjustments are well organized and easy to use. The users manual is well written and easy to find the information you need.
