What's not so great: Hard to clean the stainless steel
This refrigerator has lots of space to hold most anything. The deli drawer is great for the kids to grab snacks after school. The ice and water dispenser are wonderful space saving features. This has to be the quietest refrigerator ever. The freezer is huge, or so it seems. I had a side-by-side previously and it always seemed hard to get things in and out of the freezer. For some reason this freezer holds so much more than my side-by-side. Terrific design.

We bought this refrigerator about a month ago when it went on sale. We couldn't find one anywhere with such great features. Best Buy delivered on time and set it up with no problems. Everyone who visits comments on it.
I highly recommend it.

I love this fridge!! There's so much space available in each compartment. The freezer was by far the biggest shock! There is so much room and i love the top pull out space as well as the "hidden" pizza slot. The middle drawer is perfect for snacks, wine and party trays. This fridge makes me want to cook more and never leave my kitchen! After installation the fridge was at the recom. temp within 2 hours. It is on the pricey side, but so worth it. Bought this in the Chula Vista store- OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I am a customer for life, expecially while they sell these fabulous products.

What's great about it: Independent temperature drawer
What's not so great: Minor: Closing the french doors takes a little more effort than my old side by side (but thanks for the alarm)!
My old refrigerator died and I was forced to get something immediately - and something that would fit in a 1979 house with a fridge cubby (I had the width, but depth was a bit of a concern). I knew that I wanted a french door type, but didn't know much about them. A lot of the "3-door" fridges have a drawer that they claim has a bit of a different temperature, but you have to open both top doors and pull to open the lid and slide out, which drives me crazy because my first instinct is to open the lid and that makes them pop off. This fridge has a middle drawer that you can set from 29 (soft freeze) to 33 (cold beverages) and you can adjust the size of the compartments - so it is so versatile. I don't feel like the independent drawer sacrifices any space in the freezer or refrigerator.
LED lighting is so cool, as are the 2 shelves that you can flip up on the fly for tall items (no having to move shelf pegs). I bought $200 worth of groceries and it still didn't look full!
Finally, I didn't realize how noisy my old fridge was until I got this one, you can't even tell it's in the room - even with the ice maker.
I have had this for a month now, and I am just super pleased. And I really appreciate the sales associate that helped teach me the differences between the different cooling systems, she was super knowledgable and helped my decision to go with this fridge over the similar LG model.

What's great about it: Form, function, aesthetics, and it just works
What's not so great: Slight drip after using the water dispenser.
We have only had the refrig for a month, but so far we are very happy with the purchase. The style is perfect for us, french doors are great, the shelving can accommodate tall items and are glass not cheap plastic. The ice maker is not in the door, which reduces the door weight and makes it easier to store condiments. We really like the middle drawer with separate temp control. All, in all its worth the money. Best Buy had the best price and we used the discount to purchase the extra warranty. Delivery & install were easy and efficient. Lots of compliments so far - friends definitely have refrigerator envy.

I did a lot of research and shopping around comparing other similar refrigerators and this one seemed to be the best. I then shopped for price and luckily got this on sale at a trememdous discount which made it an even better buy. We have had it a month and it has been great. I recommend it. Excellent value for the money but shop around for price and sales.

What's great about it: What we wanted, reasonable price
What's not so great: Finger prints on stainless steal - but that is what stainless does
The refigerator was just what we wanted, it has plenty of storage, middle drawer is perfect to keep food at an easy reach. The ice maker is noisey but liveable. We had a real hassle with the delivery part, took a day off to have the servicemen install, they never showed up to find out, it was never ordered in the "System" very irritating to say the least. When it did finally come, the installers were perfect, quite the professionals, made sure that everything was to our satification before leaving.
Its been about three months now, and we really are pleased with the refigerator.

The only reason I gave it a good was because the ice bin is very small to what my other fridge had other than that its great I guess you can storage a coved bin on the bottom for extra ice.

Overall this is a great refrigerator. It is quite and with two young kids, I really like the open door alarm. After a few minutes of the door being open, an alarm "ding" begins.
I have lots of fresh veggies and fruits that I like to use the center "deli" drawer for as the kids like to have their Gogurts, snacks, etc in the crispers. The unit works great and we are very satisfied.
The only downside to this unit is the ice machine being in the refrigerator. This takes up space both on the inside shelf and the door storage areas. I understand they need to have the unit mounted in the fridge in order to have ice and water on the outside but it appears much bulkier than it would need to be.

This baby is great, you can see everything inside unlike the side by side it replaced. I'll get over the price in time. Everything we had crammed into the sxs freezer didn't cover the bottom of this unit's freezer plus there is the pull out section of the main freezer and the versatile mid-drawer great for cans of soft drinks or beer which can also be used as a freezer unit. Overall this is a great unit.

We got an excellent deal on this Samsung and it is wonderful. Runs very quiet and the snack drawer is perfect for kids or to have soda etc.. in it. The only thing to be careful of is when you purchase it make sure you account in measurements for the cover on the top over the ice dispenser. Otherwise you will be needing to cut your cupboards. Otherwise a perfect appliance!

This is the best fridge I have seen for the money. So much storage space and easy to navigate! It makes a bit more noise than our old Kennmore but so minimal that it doesn't matter. Great for cooking.. all foods and ingredients are easily seen when the doors are opened - no shuffling stuff around to find stuff. Awesome product!!!

Great refrigerator with huge capacity and some very interesting features. The additional drawer with special temperature settings has been great, especially with three children that can readily access it. The refrigerator is not cheap, but, if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

the frist delivery the third draw, deli, wine, was not opeing and closing right, call greek squad send out a third party after 2 hours taking it a part not that famililar with this model, he noticed a dent on the left side that must have have during delivery and that was the problem, order a new one had it delivery in a week or so,advice, before accepting the product check for nics,dent etc on stainless, also drain 1 gal of water befor drinking and empty ice tray after 5 dropt to ensure clean iice, the lighting space is awesome, no problems yet bought 2 yrs bb warranty, the ice is loud but living in s texas no problem after mons of research the side by side is dead and french door is the way to go, hight recommend this machine, check price everywere before you buy, good luck adios aj

I absolutely love this refrigerator. With this layout, you can see every item in the refrigerator and freezer. When you open the refrigerator doors a ledge is created above the freezer...this enables you to temporarily place any item on the ledge to reach items in the back. The middle drawer is great for snack or deli items. The upper push back drawer in the freezer allows for so much storage within easy reach. When I transferred everything in my side-by-side refrigerator into this one, I still had plenty of unused space. It works great.
