What's great about it: Good instructions
Worked great, just take your time and match up the correct wires to the correct exhisting wires. It will help to have the wiring schematic of your vehicle handy so you can hook up these wires to the correct ones in your vehicle. My wires were marked, but it never hurts to have a backup plan. (Writing on factory wires was REALLY small) Easy install, just be patient.

What's great about it: Makes installation easy.
What's not so great: Nothing.
This item made my new stereo installation a breeze. It allows you to make the connections in a comfortable location i.e. at a table etc. Then, the final connection is literally a snap.
I would recommend this to a friend!
