The desk arrived damaged - tried to arrange for new parts to be sent, but BB Customer Service requested we send it back. Waited for the customer service to work out how to get us a returns label, eventually gave up and returned to the store for a full refund. Looking for another desk, that withstands shipping!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
