What's great about it: Simple Operation
What's not so great: Nothing
I started out with the original Storm, then advanced to the Storm II. Improvements include better touch-screen & WiFi. Had no complaints about the original touch-screen -- love the push-click response, over the simple touch. E-mail setup is easy -- have 4 accounts coming to my phone. Convenient, fits in my pocket, easy to lock/unlock screen (no butt-dialing), quick switch between silent/vibrate/audio modes. Got many full length feature movies stored on my 8GB memory card, along with all my favorite tunes. Couldn't ask for more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: beautiful screen, touchscreen works well
What's not so great: frequent failures, restarts
I've had my Storm for about 4mo and am ready to replace it. I get at least one java failure a day, but usually have three or four. When this occurs, I do not get calls or emails and the system has to be reset. I don't purchase apps for the device and it has the latest software so it could be something with my particular phone. The headaches aside, the screen is great and the touch keyboard works well, although it took a couple weeks to really get used to it. The phone isn't bad if you don't have to shell out a fair amount of money on it, but if you're paying for it yourself, I'd look to another product

What's great about it: Easy to use, Suretype is cool, and battery life is INCREDIBLE
What's not so great: Wish it was a Mini-USB port instead of Micro, but it's liveable
Great phone, I use it on T-Mobile, and got the Service Books for it. Works like a charm. People say that the touchscreen on it is weird to press down, but once you keep using it, it's actually nice and it feels comfortable to use. I would definately reccomend this phone to anyone, Exspecially with a Small Business like me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
