What's great about it: Instant access to water at the perfect temp.
What's not so great: smallish size.
This item is fantastic. I am a heavy tea and coffee drinker, and this item means that when I want a cup of tea, or a cup of coffee, I am not forced to wait for a kettle of water to boil. I keep mine set so that it holds the water at 195 degrees, which is perfect for the teas I drink, and for my Aeropress coffee brewer.
I do not think that I could function without this unit...
I would recommend this to a friend!
