I bought a 60" plasma TV to replace my dead CRT projection TV and I saw this stand in the same area as the televisions. On an impulse--unusual for me--I asked them to add this to my order. I had been thinking I would buy a wall-mount, but I so liked the look of this stand and it was on sale.
The package is surprisingly heavy due to the three glass shelves and solid steel construction. There is no particle board here. I was able to move it myself, but it really should be two people.
Setup did not take long at all (perhaps 30 minutes). The instructions were pretty good, and there are no tools required, unless you install the optional anti-tipping mount. The steel support just folds out and the rest is mainly thumb screws and rubber suction cups. It comes with a large sticker on the top shelf that required a razor to fully remove.
Once I got all of the components on it, I stood back and looked in amazement. My family room had been transformed. All of my components--TV, receiver, cable box, digital tuner, blu-ray player, etc. are all black and this stand just matches perfectly with the black steel and dark tempered glass. The width of the unit is perfect for a 60" TV. I set up my front channel tower speakers right next to it and Voila! Mucho gusto! Good-bye, 61" CRT projection TV. Hello, 21st century.

The only negative I can come up with is that there is not much in the way of cable guides, although there is a hole in the back panel to run your wires for the middle and lower shelves.
In short, I recommend this product.

What's great about it: Capacity, Looks, Easy Assembly
What's not so great: Very heavy
This is a very nice stand. It is very well-built and easy to assemble. If you have a large tv and need plenty of room for components this stand will work nicely.
It is perfect for large tv's. The only draw back is that it is very heavy. A sturdy stand it what is required though to safely hold a large tv. If you don't have a large tv then you might want to get a smaller stand due to the weight issue.
The shelves are very roomy and well ventilated. The shelves also allow easy acess to your components. Each shelf holds 100 pounds for a combined maximum capacity of 300 pounds.
The sticker on the top-shelf is a bit pesky to remove but with some patience it comes off cleanly.
The stand is attractive and has a very minimalist look that highlights your components.
Highly recommended!!

What's great about it: Value. Looks.
I was worried my 60" TV would not fit properly. I have bay windows and the stand looks and fits like it was custom built.

What's great about it: Simplicity & design
The glass accented with black stand provides a blending of the room. The stand was easy to assemble with minimal tools-screwdriver! The 55" TV looks sharp. The stand does not distract from the TV viewing.

Just bought a 60 inch flat screen tv and needed a stand that was large, but not gaudy liking. Also one that could hold a good amount of weight. This covers both. I love it. Looks great and so easy to assemble. Reasonable price too, And I looked everywhere.

What's great about it: beautiful design
What's not so great: nothing that I can see
This is a beautiful stand that looks more like a piece of furniture than a television stand. The selection of television stands were great at Best Buy. I think we had a harder time selecting the stand than we did the television! Easy to hide wires etc., so you don't see a big tangle of "wire/connection stuff" hanging in the back. You will love this piece, highly recommend it.

What's great about it: Sleek, Beautiful Look
What's not so great: Heavy, but that is not necessarily a bad thing!
This TV stand is a very nice addition to our living room. The piece was not difficult to put together, but it is heavy. So, it is better with a couple of people to help lift the parts. The glass and black metal look very neat and sleek... Simple, elegant and STURDY! We have a 46" LCD and it fits nicely leaving us room to grow... Our componenta, including our center mount speaker, all fit well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I couldn't ask for a more perfect stand for all my components. There was plenty of room for my rather large surround sound amp and my 300 disc CD changer, plus there was room left over for all the rest of my components. My TV hangs on the wall so there is even more space available on the top. Assembly required no tools and even by myself I was done in about 20 minutes. It is a great looking piece of furniture. It does show the dust to some extent but then doesn't most everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So I was looking for a modern and sleek stand. not really into those bulky wooden stands. I wanted something that looked pricey and elegant. I only chose this stand because after buying a 55in tv I was running a little short on cash..but it was made of glass so I bought it..and to my suprise after easily assembling the stand...It came out beautiful. Im happy I bought this stand

Assembly took about 15 minutes with two people. One could have done it but why waste help. The stand looks good and is sturdy.
